| Ah, well I liked the original but didn't really care for Predator. It was way more linear. Both were just alright though I guess, but Far Cry 2 here looks pretty epic. | |||

| It's just become more of a mess in my opinion. Now they want to make Schneizel out to be the bigger villian, for who knows why. I think they handled the finale with the Emperor and Marianne pretty horribly, to be honest. It was just really anticlimatic.
I can't even tell what Lelouch is fighting for now and why, throughout the entire first season it was pretty much for Nunnally and his mother... turns out his mother was just another typical "I want to change the world" type next with the Emperor. I did not like that at all. And what, Lelouch and Suzaku are teaming up now? I guess I kind of saw that coming, but that doesn't mean it makes any sense. They clearly have done so much against each other forgiveness seems impossible. Knight of One, can't wait to see what his hax Geass is. And I'm sure Nunnally is still alive and probably has a Geass herself. Blah. I think it's settled that I'm just not going to look at this season as highly as I did the first.

Yeah, " " is pretty much how I feel after every new episode now.
Schneizel ... there better be "more" to him, than him just being some smart guy. Hell, just give him a Geass since so many other characters have one this season. Right now he just doesn't seem like that big of a deal at all. I guess there's still room for more, the plot can totally change since it's Geass, so who knows what will happen now. I can agree though that a finale with Lelouch and Suzaku would be great. I think throughout the first season I always thought it'd be epic if they ever teamed up, but season 2 has pretty much ruined my interest in Suzaku's character ... one episode it feels like we're supposed to hate him, then the next we're supposed to feel sympathy for him or something. Basically, his character just seems completely random. What the hell was that scene with him and Nena after that weapon-thing went off? Seemed like he went insane, then it's like the next scene ... he was normal. Interestingly enough I found an interview recently with the director himself and some more comments about what the series has become. Simply put it just doesn't sound like what we got was anything director Goro Taniguchi originally envisioned. All in all I've got to say, my patience has run a little thin. I'm honestly kind of looking forward to it ending so the second season of Gundam 00 will start up. Hopefully though it has a lot more "planning" beforehand and doesn't repeat what happened here with Geass.  (Last edited by Xeu on 09-04-08 11:39 PM) |

But ... CC's been acting pretty weird the last few episodes, don't you guys think? Plus when Anya "brought her back", it kind of seemed like CC locked herself up like that on her own account. Pretty weird, but ... I guess she does kind of want to die.  |

| Haha, I generally just browse /m/ now ... seems a little more, "calm" I could say compared to /a/ usually. I just checked /a/, as usual there's like 50 Geass threads, lol.
Man, RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE at episode 22. Just had to get that out again. I see this posted here and there, I guess we still have yet to see this scene: (I wonder if we even will!)

| I hated the kiss ... it felt totally lifeless and just thrown in.
I don't even know if I like Lelouch anymore now. Also with the way things are now I won't be surprised if he does die in the end. I think Orange is like the only character I still like. (watch he ends up dying in the next episodes). Can't believe there's only 3 episodes left. What I was saying above is that I just can't take this show seriously at all whatsoever anymore, this newest episode was the tip of the iceberg for that. It feels hopeless and there's absolutely no way it can redeem itself at this point. I imagine the next 3 episodes are going to make me RAGE a lot, I don't think I care what happens to the plot(?) or any of characters at this point anymore. | True, Sayoko is still awesome, C.C. seems more normal, and Orange is just always badass.
I guess I can agree with you too, even though it felt emotionless ... there was a kiss finally. But I guess it's safe to (sadly) say, we probably won't get any real romances here with Geass now. Sooooooooo much potential there, wasted. Unless Lelouch and CC end up together in the end or something ... I have no idea, lol. Kallen hasn't seemed like herself lately. I guess that was the issue with CC for awhile too like we talked about earlier. Bleh, more inconsistencies. Basically, Kallen's always been one of my favorite characters, but lately she just ... hasn't been that awesome? |

Do you actually own a copy of the game? Maybe I could look into emulating it, not sure what's good for SegaCD games though... |

| What emulator? I think Gens+ can run SegaCD games, though I think I've heard bad things about it.
I've done PSX/Saturn emulation before so I might be able to figure it out, just not sure what emulator to use. |
