Nah, you pass them to get through the level.
I did have to inspect all of them though. |

I still don't think I ever beat Gradius V. That green gas (I think) space station level as destroyed me.

Dang, this is great.
Sadly, I have no surprise or anything ... I couldn't think of anything. But congrats everyone, here's to another 100,000 and plus! |

I'm hoping that with this hitting XBLA, it's more reassuring that we'll truly get Duke Nukem Forever sometime soon.

Actually there's some theories going around that I like...
Spoiler:
So it's a good Lelouch x CC end? That's what I'd like to believe now. I kind of like this idea better actually. The ending was better than I suspected, I still think the whole season overall could've been much more though, still somewhat of a letdown compared to the first to me. Macross F's ending was a lot better than Geass', in my opinion.

Haha, the first and last gifs come from Gurren Lagann. Good ol' Yoko!
Supposedly 14 at the start of the series. roflcakes. Oh, anime. Also, thanks for the pole dancer. Now I'm going to have some great nightmares! |

Yeah. I just think it's kind of annoying 3D Realms was able to release Prey, which wasn't terrible ... but all that time and development could've been on something Duke Nukem related instead.

Yeah, there's still some holes here and there for the theory, but also against it too (like how Orange acted at the end, pretty much allowing Suzaku to do that and everything). I guess I could go either way concerning Lelouch...

I liked the demo a lot, seemed pretty cool for some mindless fun. Seemed hard to ... uh, see people sometimes though and just know what was going on around you, I'm not sure why. Maybe I use minimaps too much.

Yeah those two images I hear are unlocked in the gallery once you get all the achievements or something, which are all pretty easy, I just need the multiplayer kills now.
This game was shorter and easier than I expected, guess I could always go back through it on harder difficulties though and look for more secrets. The secret levels were usually pretty cool. I never got past the first episode or so until now really, never realized how much tentacle rape was in this. Pretty interesting to compare this game to Doom, I'm a Doom fanboy all the way and would say it's superior, but Duke Nukem has its own merits too. The humor and everything especially. I liked how most of the game had like weird suburbs and cities for levels, I mean Duke Burger? That's just hilariously awesome. Most of the enemies were pretty cool too. The weapons were great too, loved the wacky ones like the Shrinker, Freezer, etc. The best weapon though, is hands down ... Duke's Mighty Foot. (Last edited by Xeu on 09-30-08 05:09 AM) |

Yeah.
Basically to elaborate on what I meant is that, it'd make no sense if Orange let Suzaku kill Lelouch like that, since his undeniable loyalty still remains with Lelouch. When he turned and grinned, whispering "Go forth Black Knight" or whatever it seemed like he was part of the plan. Also with the scene later on his farm, Orange looked happy, if Lelouch really died he probably wouldn't be a very happy camper. It seems like Orange knew about his possible immortality and was fine with that plan. But then there's Suzaku, who cries as he stabs him, so he probably doesn't know. It's sketchy I guess. Like I said earlier, I don't think I'll be totally for one idea over the other, both seem possible... I like the idea of Lelouch and CC being together forever though. |

Yeah, I remember those blips being goofy like that too.
I guess the game makes up for it with cool vehicles, huge levels, and destructable environments and whatnot. |

Still haven't done a roadtrip myself ...
18 is nice, but yeah, we figure you've been doing all that "stuff" already. Unlike drinkers under 21 ... no way, that never happens! |

So true.
I agree with TP that this is the hardest one I've played, but once you get the levels down it's now too hard. I'm currently at the first Wily Stage now, that part with the three beams ... what the hell? Taking a break for now, this was pretty brutal. It's amazing, totally Megaman. Great music, everything. |

Yeah, that was the hardest part about that fight, those dumb aliens getting in your face when you're blasting away with the rocket launcher. |
