| He probably means that it'd be pretty easy to merge all posts from one forum to another, but after that unless we kept exact track of those posts before or exported them or something, it'd be next to impossible to un-merge them apart again.
If ... that makes sense at all and if that's what he was saying, lol. Hence, kind of the reason why I'm fine with just kind of "shutting down" those forums and keeping them separate elsewhere instead of making a potential mess. And yeah I guess Tech/Discussion is alright in General. I dunno, all I know is that was always one of the slowest forums and it's been on and off for us. Any other idea's? |

| I do see Art/Writing as kind of a temp name. I just wanted that to be there since people out of the loop can kind of tell, it's the new Art and Story forum.
But yeah, Creative Corner though... I feel like I ripped that off from somewhere but can't remember where, haha. Not sure. General Gaming does sound bland. Maybe something like Gaming Discussion is better? Just as simple, but it does sound a little better. |

Yeah, I'm starting to like it myself. I mean yeah I did the changes and all... but sometimes this stuff even feels awkward to me.  , I know a lot of people here had a "If it ain't broke don't fix it" stance on this, but I dunno. I feel like it's kind of nice to change things up sometimes to keep things a little fresh. And I think condensing the forums just a bit will make it look nicer.
We'll probably change the banner soon too. Though I'm starting to wonder, should we try and make something more original, with no real copyrighted characters on it and everything? I'm starting to think that might look a little better and give the board more original character in a way, but it'd need more creativity. Though I do like the new one Cairoi came up with. But yeah, when I look up and see a random collection of a few characters, it's kind of weird sometimes. |

| I still think it's hilarious how grotesque and bad Ren & Stimpy and Rocko's Modern Life were. , I specifically remember in one episode of Rocko they were at some gym or something, some guy lifted up a huge double weight that made his arms fall off, and if I remember correctly there was blood all over. Hahaha, I have no idea how that was on Nick, and it certainly scared me as a kid.
For me this is tough, but here goes: Reboot Johny's Quest (one with the CG opening!) Beast Wars Lots of 90's Nick stuff, Rugrats, Doug, Angry Beavers, etc Transformers G1 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Batman 90's Spiderman 90's Shark Attack(?) Extreme Dinosaurs Captain N Super Mario Bros Super Show! Mega Man 90's (I honestly never really liked the Zelda cartoon even as a kid... haha). Sonic SatAM Sonic the Hedgehog (the more comedic one) Earthworm Jim The Centurions (anyone remember this? haha) Plenty of others I'm sure. |

I figured if people want easy access to old stories it'd be easier to look at the archives, rather than going through both Art and Story if they were all in one forum. | Good point, lol. Which ones specifically what you or others liked moved over? I know Stitch was editing a lot of his recently, so if need be I can just open up the forum temporarily so he can edit them and whatnot.
Actually you should be able to move threads from there yourself if you want, just let me know if you can't. |

Seriously though, I always liked Mr. Freeze a lot as well. Him and Two Face might be my favorites, the more sympathetic villains. I can admit I honestly didn't like Scarecrow that much until Batman Begins (even if he wasn't amazing in that) and Arkham Asylum. Just made me really think that he's a little more than meets the eye I guess. But still not exactly my favorite. His story is a little silly and most don't seem to like him as much as I do, but I've always been a huge fan of Clayface. That three parter set of episodes in the 90's series was incredible. I don't remember liking anything the later shows did with him though. Maybe I preferred he had that tragic ending. It's funny but one thing I loved so much about Arkham Asylum (and I know I really need to read the comic! along with many others) is that it really did a good subtle job at making you realize Batman is just as insane as a lot of Gotham's villains. In a way him and Joker definitely have some kind of bromance going on, without Batman what would the Joker do? And without the Joker and everyone else, what would Batman do? I'm still waiting to see something handle the Riddler well. Maybe he'll appear in the next Arkham game, I dunno. His interviews and such in the game though were hilariously crazy. In a way though, I kind of think him and the Joker are pretty similar ... just like to play games, but the Joker is probably far more psychotic. Catwoman and Ivy can be awesome, since they kind of dance on the line between good and evil. Characters like that are always awesome in my book. (Last edited by Xeu on 07-06-10 07:27 PM)

I think when Cow & Chicken, Edders, Samurai Jack, and those kind of shows took off though I started to phase out of cartoons. Don't really remember watching those much, though I know Ed, Edd, and Eddy were on CN like 50 times a day. I don't remember Beetleborgs that much at all personally, but I loved VR Troopers and Super Human Samurai. And when it comes to Power Rangers, the original is of course the best. Even as I kid I thought the later ones sucked.
