Just got back from Scott Pilgrim myself and it owned. I absolutely loved it, and the game Bitmap mentioned kicks all kinds of ass. | Anyone... know anything about this? Sure I can keep looking things up, but it's always best to hear more from others.
Kind of curious about what being diagnosed for this would be like. My mom isn't diabetic, but something that's pretty much borderline, though she doesn't think it applies to me. I'm starting to really wonder if I've got symptoms of hypoglycemia though. So far I've only had one MAJOR bad episode of a shock from extreme low blood sugar, I was working at Jiffy Lube several years back and just instantly stopped functioning, I can't remember why. I didn't go into major shock, paralysis, or anything, but I had to sit down and it was like several tons were weighing down on me physically and mentally. Luckily my boss knew what was going on, quickly handed me a Mountain Dew, and it helped a little bit. I've always joked about this with friends for years, but now I wonder if it's a serious sign... "Yeah if I miss breakfast it's game over". I've known this for years but never thought much of it. But I seriously, do not have good days at all when I miss breakfast, and I pretty much NEVER do because I know I get hit hard, with something. I just had another slight bad episode of this today. It doesn't always happen, especially this extreme, and I know this probably fits the bill for most people, but it just seems super extreme with me. When I miss a meal or go long periods of time between meals, sometimes I just get instantly hit with these symptoms. I was playing a game online with someone today and it hit me, I completely stopped caring about the game, stopped conversing a lot, quit playing, felt extremely dizzy, very tired, a little depressed/emotionally drained, physically weak, shaky, chills/kind of feverish feeling, breathing gets a little weird/heavy, etc. I started munching on a lot of stuff but it didn't really go away until hours later when I went over to a friends with a pizza, before we went off to see Scott Pilgrim later that night. I've also noticed that when I get these kind of feelings and symptoms, I also get extremely nervous and anxious. This happens sometimes when I wait a long time and even going through a drive thru, it's pretty nerv racking. I can think back to my Jiffy Lube job and remember that there were a lot of days when lunch was very random, and my managers would always push it later and later... every single time this happened or I'd go a long ways between the morning and a lunch break, I would get really really irritated. I remember this happened very often. So yeah, I think something is going on here. Anyone have any advice or anything? See, it's weird because I'm sure this happens with most people if they miss a meal or something, but seriously this shit just seems really extreme in my case, so I'm just not sure what's wrong. I don't know how serious this could be in general either? In a way though I almost wonder if this would be the cause of so many wrongs in my life mentally/physically right now. I'm seeing that hypoglycemia can hit even during sleep, but that makes me wonder if it's not helping with my insomnia at all. I've been on meds for ADD this year and all my bad symptoms from those when they wear off later in the day, are almost exactly everything listed under hypoglycemia (and a note: lots of ADD meds from what I know and can say from experience, can take away an appetite so much that you could miss a meal and I do on a handful of the days I've taken meds on school days ... bingo?) So yeah... Sorry if this is horribly written out, it's 6:22am. Could not fucking sleep at all last night, I think that's the second time this last month or two, the sleep has been utterly terrible this last week and a half. I'm so tired of this shit, so damn tired of only being able to sleep well when I purposely keep myself up all night so that I'm so physically dead tired I'll just hopefully pass out in a bit. | Yeah the loading times are EPICLY long. Other than that though, this game is basically the PS3's Mario Kart with tons and tons of customization. Played a bit at my friends house a few weeks back and it was pretty awesome.
I think there was like 100+ pages of fanmade Goku's. It has like everything you could imagine. |

| Don't worry about it, this is kind of what I wanted out of this thread anyways... I just don't know much about this stuff at all. Eh...
The problem is I have been more physically active and not as moody this year, especially over the last month or so. But this stuff still comes and goes. My diet certainly could use a lot of work though, I know I don't get a lot of fiber. |

Not to hijack Urban's thread but I definitely need some more campaign mods for Source/HL2, heh. I know there's a Perfect Dark mod too, but I think that one might be multiplayer only as well. |
