Originally posted by Nelrith Admittedly the trailer makes the game look... exactly how I see it on my PC, and I have a sprint mod and the duct tape flashlight mod, which give the game a better experience. All that said I'm pretty interested in this for the new content alone, and I never finished the expansion... maybe I'll try to finish that this time. Hopefully it hits stores at $30 or something and not the full $60, since yeah it'd be hard for me to justify that when I think about it. |

Don't worry, even with more EMS the ending doesn't really drastically change... definitely kind of bullshitty. lol, oh well. The ending is poor in my book, but the "journey" through the whole trilogy was a great ride, so I won't let the ending ruin that for me.
Multiplayer was a blast though, actually. But yeah I also didn't start playing until after I beat the campaign, so I only had my EMS up to 4,000 or something. |

It's funny I think I'm impressed by the aesthetics and coding the most, if I can say that. Basically it just reminds me again of my poor old Protoman layout that was lost. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

To be honest I don't think it'd do much to me and there'd be nothing to fill the void, or no real need to for me. In general it's like 50% "FamilyBook" for me and while it's great to keep in touch with other family or just see what they're doing, yeah...
I dunno, a handful of you guys have me on your list and it's quite obvious I pretty much never do anything with mine. lol, I just use it to talk to close friends I tend to see in person a lot anyways. |

I think she's pretty okay recently, but the guy has been around the house a lot more lately. It's... very hard to say whether that's good or bad, to be honest. So it's still kind of a weird situation.
A few weeks back, they were arguing about marriage. Arguing. I mean, there's just no way that can turn out good if it comes to that. It's hard to be a bystander on this. It's going to be complicated I'm sure. |

So long story short, I have a lot of health problems! Recently found out...
- I'm protein deficient - Have a bad candida infection (I have literally like 80% of the symptoms probably and it's probably been going on for the last year or two) - And my body doesn't handle carbs well So I am now two weeks in the path to eating healthier and changing my food lifestyle. I was put on a bunch of enzymes too and also have to take this "challenge" powder that looks and tastes like dirt, but luckily it's a one time thing so once the container is gone I'm down with it. It's supposed to be cleaning out my whole system (I have had stomach ulcers before, maybe due to yeast and stuff as well back then). It's been pretty tough and I also worry about dropping too much weight since I'm pretty small, but it sounds like if I can still work out off and on, being on this protein heavy diet, it'll probably make me lose bad weight and then put muscle back on. So that's fairly exciting. Basically all I've been eating... eggs, lean meats, vegetables, and some fruit. Vegetables to fruit has to be a 2:1 ratio. And my nutritionist (no idea what his real title is so I'll just go with this) doesn't even want me eating much bread right now because of the yeast. So it's pretty insane. The detox and withdrawal to say the least, has been pretty crazy. Bad enough for me to miss a good chunk of work recently, but not in danger of losing my job or anything. I trust my boss and some people there enough to let them know what's going on. It's as they say though, to feel better... you have to feel worse. And I do get food cravings, so I guess I can fully understand that that sort of thing is very real and quite a hurdle to overcome. I was basically just eating nonstop shit carbs by the day, that and growing up on antibiotics (big cause for candida) since I was sick all the time as a kid, probably all just got to me eventually. I have been feeling "different" though and some subtle improvements however, so this venture is pretty exciting and I'm really going all out with it. Just tired of feeling like crap. They say it takes a month or so to feel stable again though, so it'll be tough. The funniest thing is I love all this good food I'm eating. But I grew up with my parents not really cooking, so ... I just got in the mindset of eating crap myself or something. So it's like, the biggest challenge has been overcoming the laziness and just taking the simple time to cook and prepare better foods, haha. But it's so worth it when I have a meal though, even if I do get cravings for some junk off and on. The hardest thing so far is eggs every morning for breakfast... it really gets nasty after awhile, so hopefully I can look into some good protein shakes or some alternative. So yeah, that sums up my story for the last couple of weeks heh. Anyone else ever go through something like this, or have tips, or recipes for my diet? ... I realize in the end I probably don't need to be too hardcore about this and I have cheated a little, but yeah I do need to get in some real protein and vegetables once a day at least. |

I forget the game had multiplayer, haha. Wasn't it only up to 4 players? |

Oatmeal and protein shakes I definitely plan to look into for some morning alternatives. I can probably have a little bread here and there or go back to it eventually, but I guess candida stemming from yeast is why my doctor doesn't want me eating much bread for awhile. That's been the hardest thing probably (no sandwiches and stuff, etc).

Scrambled eggs I like and they don't take long to prepare, but yeah I'm not a morning person and just want something instantly... haha. But I'll have to get over that or something. I've just been throwing an egg in the microwave and it's definitely gotten old after a few days. That said I had another follow up appointment this morning, they check al these specific points throughout your body while you rate the pain and they could tell the protein and nutrients were going through my body now. My number was 19 today, from 25 last weekend so I'm already improving quite a bit! I have to go easy on the dairy too. But is Carnation's milk a healthier choice or something? I know there's some brands of soy or almond milk that have different flavors. I might look into those sometime.

I'm not sure why I'm watching this*, but this... isn't all that bad?
|
* I'm not one to watch ecchi shows either. But this seems like a series with a hilarious amount of fanservice done right. It's not bad like Aika R-16 Virgin Mission where I almost fell asleep even after forcing myself to count the panty shots int he last episode! (restricted) |

Not sure if she's still thinking about adoption or not. In general, I don't think the reality has still really hit her. I'm sure once that belly starts showing it'll be a slap in the face or something, hate to put it that way but yeah...
|
I don't know what the argument was about, but I just overheard them both yelling at each when they were talking about getting married. No idea what it was about, other than I just clearly heard they were yelling about marriage... lol.

Of the two, I think I do prefer almond milk myself!
|
They actually recommended I use alternative milk with the nasty dirt powder I have to help mask the flavor. The combination sounds hideous and it does look super gross, but I tried it a few times and it does work... haha.

She's made of jello or something. She shoots out tit acid in the first episode.

The green girl on the left has a snake for her underwear. A live snake that sometimes moves around.

Hot damn am I sick of Act II or what. Finally cleared it on NM with a party of 4 though, but we had a level 56 wizard in our party (no idea why) that was tearing it up. lol, but oh well. I'm so sick of that act. |

Totally agreed, it was the most epic and "boss fighty" ... haha.
|
But wow, now that I'm playing Act III and solo on NM I'm just tearing it up. Way easier than Act II, better exp, drops, and everything. Although I hear Izual can be a bigger pain than Diablo on the higher difficulties, guess I'll find out...

That is pretty high on the to-do list. |
