Wonder Woman was pretty cool I thought.
Anyways, I'm way more excited for Apocalypse and Civil War. Outside of Batman, I've always been more of a Marvel guy I guess. |

I never liked to buy into it either, but I do find it easy to believe that Anakin perhaps just had a monstrous underlying affinity for the force, tons of untapped potential, but he wasn't in a good environment and couldn't master it correctly. The whole redemption arc of his story is something I love though. But yeah, "chosen one" is silly beans.

That would be cool too.
Anyone get the DVD/BD yet? I wonder what the extras are. |

Well honestly I might like Affleck more than Bale's Batman. But Keaton is still my favorite.
... outside of Kevin Conroy of course. |

Yeah Deadpool is contender for MOTY for sure... haha.
Feeling superhero burnout? I know I have been for years, but I've always enjoyed the bigger group stuff. |

You guys gotta get out.
Last year was one of the most uncomfortable times of my entire life financially, but I wouldn't be where I am now if I didn't get out there and keep going forward. I think my current job is the second one I've actually liked since I worked at a car shop back in high school... haha. Easier said than done, but yeah. I'd rather see you guys be happy. I know for me, another large part of my stress was trying to find the "perfect job" and focusing too much on work itself. Just way too much focus on that, when that's not life and not important. This year I've been so focused on everything else outside of work and things have been so much better and happier. I think it was a lot like school weighing down on me and just another society thing crushing my soul. Gotta have that perfect role model job moving on up in the company, etc bullshit! Finally found something I can do with some sanity, enjoy, and that's what matters. No need to impress anyone. Hopefully some new doors open for you guys this year, you deserve much better. Fact: I missed Cyro Xero!
Welcome back. Fact: Just got a 6s phone myself. The software updates were killing my 4s. Apple's nice tactic to force you to upgrade I'm sure. |

My brain can't really compute the point of weddings. Maybe when I meet someone... or it's just guy logic. Giant money waste pool.

That is the big issue with these "Hero/Group vs Hero/Group" types. Over the snap of a finger they become buddies and join forces to fight the big baddie. That was definitely something I disliked about Batman vs Superman here. It escalated so quickly, and washed over so quickly. What can you do I guess, lol.

Is it relaxing?
I'm a morning guy thesedays and really enjoy the sun, since I can tell it really boosts my mood and feels like it literally gives me energy haha. And I like being up when the masses are, for the most part. But there is definitely something I miss about the night serenity. Night driving (non highway) has always been relaxing to me too. But the amount of cops in my cities around here still gives me some anxiety. Just wish I could safely cruise down for hours through the night lights sometime. Otherwise, driving sucks, was more than likely a conspiracy, and I wish the USA was fully designed from top to bottom with public transportation in mind instead, like European countries. I'd love living without a car if I could. (Last edited by Xeoman on 04-11-16 06:56 PM) |

Baby steps haha.
Why does it seem like I've heard that story over so many religious young couples living with their parents... |

I tried watching Magical Egypt on youtube after hearing about it on Joe Rogan's podcast, but two episodes felt like enough haha. It was pretty hokey and a lot of the guy just talking, as in the camera was just there filming him. Wasn't quite what I hoped for.
Egypt is one of the most fascinating things in the world to me though. Any other good documentaries out there? Maybe on youtube? Chernobyl makes me really curious about Russian history too. It just seems like there's another planet over there concerning Russia, and China. (Last edited by Xeoman on 04-13-16 11:05 PM) |

Fact: I have 100 some CD's and counting that I've filtered out and don't want.
Fact: No idea what I could get for them or what to do, though my parents are moving and having a garage sale soon so I might take them over there. I don't want to throw them in the trash, but I definitely want to get rid of them. |

I'm catching up with season two and near the end of the Tartarus arc.
I hate to say, I haven't been a big fan of season 2 all around. The muted colors are really weird too. It's just... not as good anymore. |

I had to deal with Google Fiber doing a mandatory installation here throughout the complex over the last TWO WEEKS, and I'm not even going to use the service. Now I've become accustomed to some of this stuff that comes with apartment life like pest control doing their minute walk through every quarter, but this was insane. Not only did Google Fiber need frequent access to the place, but... to my room too because the attic access is in my master closet. So they popped in one day and it was an entire gang of five guys who invaded the place and I just left. I come home to see my dresser, hamper, and tons of other stuff in my closet completely moved and thrown out into my room (when I thought surely they had enough room to get up there). Previously I called twice to get a time frame on the whole process and the staff clearly had no idea what they were doing, from 30 minutes to an hour, turned into two damn weeks. Flyer after flyer posted on our door that they didn't get done in time. Then, we cleared out the wall in the living room that the diagram showed they needed to have access to and have space for, so that was all fine and dandy... except I come home one day and see the entire living room furniture pushed towards the middle, everything that wasn't on that specified wall.
Did they put a single thing back? Nah, and tracked fuzzballs throughout the entire place. Can't believe I put up with this crap. Should have been a free month or half off for that garbage. It's one thing to be in and out of my place invading my privacy, but then you move my stuff and don't put anything back. Ugh. I don't think it was the apartment staff as I overheard them having disagreements with how Google wanted to do things, but sheesh. I don't care who it was, that was stupid. |
