| I'll be honest I only get on to play with some local friends like once a month... if even that haha. So I don't know if I'd ever be on consistently at all for this. If you and others want to do it though that's fine with me.
I was never too big on AIM, IRC, or anything of the sort over the years. lol |

| Okay well the anesthesia bill was looking like $945, but thankfully my insurance did do some adjustments after all and I only owe $100 something... phew. Good news.
Still owe a ton to the hospital though. |

Yeah, it's a huge mess. If sanctions and economic pressure continue to do nothing I'm not sure what options are left. I think China needs to budge more and it's still hard to tell if we can trust them. But South Korea and Japan obviously want them gone. Can you even imagine a giant missile flying over your country with a national warning and alarm sounding, twice in one month? I can't fathom what Japan are feeling right now. The other issue is that North Korea has like 30 million people, the unfortunate truth is a lot of them are probably unhealthy with malnutrition and other issues too, so I don't think China or South Korea would be that willing to take their people in. Best case scenario is that the clown gets axed for a regime change that works for once, but other than that I have no idea. The longer this goes on the more dangerous it might get though. |

I don't blame you legacyme3. I got more into politics over the last year or two (like everyone, maybe I'm riding the phase too!), but I honestly tend to think off and on it was a mistake and I should just go back to being ignorant and just caring about my own life and interactions. I was happier and gave no energy or time into these situations and issues I ultimately can't really do much about. There will always be monsters out there.

I think for the therapist thing, it can certainly be good. But not all therapists are good. It's good to get a fresh take on you from another perspective. That doesn't mean you have to accept everything others might say and bring up, or suggest, but the positive way to see it is that their perception of you can give you some wisdom. Take in the ideas and apply them your way, increasing your knowledge. They might point things out you had never even considered or had hidden away without even realizing it.

Did you guys see Blade Runner 2049? Top 5 material for me there. And I went in pretty skeptical, with the original being my favorite movie. Wow, Denis knocked it out of the park. I saw it twice and it was even better the second time. |

Sadly, did nothing. Straight up couldn't tell you when Halloween was... Tuesday? My mom's birthday is at the end of October so we had a family get together on the weekend, but I didn't do anything Halloween wise.

Rogue, you're really speaking my language there (unfortunately for us both in this case). That's something that's really been bothering me the last year or so. To me the more friends that hang out together the more fun it usually is. I've always tried to round up friends, or get some of my best close friends interested in going to things along with me to others, but the amount of times people keep flaking is getting more and more stacked. The worst is when I'm told a yes days in advance, then "something came up" at the last minute. And I know we're all adults, things can happen. But these are trends and friends that I've known for years and are all too predictable, that "something" is probably all bullshit and they just can't give me a straight no.

In general lately I think I just need to meet some new people somehow and find some new circles. And I guess at this point in our lives it's just too taxing to rely too much on others. I hate to admit it, but I flat out did nothing for my birthday this year kind of because of all this. I still do one on one planning with some good friends or will go out to events myself, but me trying to unite people or round up a group? I'm losing interest in that.
