| I honestly hated Young Link. Sure he was faster, but his reach was very limited with his sword, and he was weaker.

How can you beat a team of 4, that could have Cure 3, Life 3 (when you die you are revived), Haste 2 (cast haste on everyone), Quick (double your actions entirely), and just about any other magic that you've seen in any other Final Fantasy? You can't! 
So, my only complaint about this game is the length. Yeah 50 hours is a big chunk of time, but the main quest will probably only take you around 20 hours or so, if even that. Still, this game, to this day easily ranks up there as one of my top favorite RPG's along with Breath of Fire IV, Chrono Trigger, and Suikoden II. Edit: Which version of the game do you have? I originally played it through emulation, then FFAnthology, and then the real SNES version. Honestly, the SNES version is the absolute best of them all, obviously. I remember when I was talking to DarkSlaya on AIM when we got the new battle hack, I was telling him "I'm challenging you!" then nothing ever happened, then he did it, and it instantly worked.  |

| I really couldn't have said it any better than Shinobi right there, he's right on.
But Yuzukichi, if you're really looking for more of a solid on-going plot with Samurai's, I'd recommend Samurai 7. It's more of one big storyline, unlike the style of Bebop and Champloo. Thing is, I've heard that Samarai 7 kind of loses it's touch towards the end, it just gets bad or something. |

It's sad that most the time people do it, only to "fit in" with others. But, if someone smokes cigarettes or something, I'm not going to hate them for it. Heck, my mom does, and she hasn't really put any effort into stopping ... So, I think it's a bad thing, but I also think it's kind of ignorant for people to label people who do in fact smoke, as "bad people" or something. Of course, if it's something beyond cigarettes, I wouldn't think so lightly of the issue ... |

Totally off-topic: About staff, all I will say is that we're more laid back here (in comparison to other boards in general). People will be harsh, and people will be harsh back. As long as it doesn't turn into a little kids playground, I think we can get over it. I really don't want this to be a place where once there's flaming, a thread is instantly closed. (unless, like I said, it's completely stupid) On top of that I see Elara has posted here, and has let the thread continue so I think that means this thread is in a fine fashion currently. That does stink though, at least you had another computer. Remember last summer, when I was gone for 3 months? Our power supply burnt out and our motherboard fried. We had another computer, but my dad didn't want to hook it up to the internet.

And there's still some things in the game that take a lot of effort, the Cursed Shield? You have to use it in 255 battles to make it transform into the Hero Shield, which teaches your characters Ultima. Of course, being Cursed you'll be effected by almost all status effects, so it's pretty hard to do ... unless you have some Marvelous Shoes.
