| Imor edged towards the guy at the bar, looking as if he was merely wanting to buy a drink. He overheard the large man mention he was giving information, although what about yet was unknown to Imor. He always loved a bit of gossip, and for some reason the looks of the man gave Imor the impression it was going to be important. | |||

| Dave raises his fan blades above his head like an umbrella, allowing the shreds of energy to just slide off onto the floor. After having his next attack blocked he snatches back his weapons.
And now the next attack is just plain... Ouch... But Dave did manage to bend in such a way that the bullets ONLY hit his groin. Still... Ouch. He crouches down, clutching his groin in agony. With one hand he hits the floor, taking control of a large mound of earth underneath Xicer. Then he sends a blast of fire energy through it to turn it into lava, which he makes travel very quickly in Xicer's direction. "I knew he... was given a better weapon..." He says in a very hurt, high pitched voice. Tears streamed down his face from the pain of basically losing his *AHEM!* |

| "Ah... Perfect sunny day!" Taylt said as he flopped down onto the grass of his back garden. This was probably the only good thing that had happened to Taylt today. He was beginning to think sneaking into his dad's lab and stealing those gloves wasn't such a good idea. He couldn't get the things to work anyway. They were supposed to create a small virtual field around the user, and the user could then create whatever he or she wanted inside it, and whatever was created would become in a sense real. He wanted to try them out so bad. He snuck back to see if he could find some instuctions.
After much digging around, he found a small sheet of paper that had some basic notes about the gloves on it. "Damn!" He thought when he read that they will only activate when the wearer is in danger. Taylt suddenly heard a noise in the garden. He rushed back up, where he saw... (ooc: DUN DUN DUN!!!) |

| Taylt raises his hands in a panic. What the hell was this guy planning? A sudden surge of energy went through Taylt's body as the gloves activated. To the outside eye there could just about be seen a sphere surrounding Taylt. It does not provide any defense (At the moment anyway), but it is Taylt's current building space.
To Taylt the sphere is completely opaque, and he now sees everything in that weird green and black wireframe, like untextured 3D models on a computer. Now how to work this thing... For some reason Taylt thought about having a bar of chocolate. Instantly, a bar of chocolate appeared in his hand. Quickly scoffing this, he now knew that the gloves worked directly from his dominating thoughts. He thought hard about that massive wrench that the main guy of Ratchet and Clank weilds. In no time at all it appears in his hands. To Taylt it felt like nothing, but to anything outside, be afraid! Be very afraid! The fact the wrench felt weightless would also allow Taylt to move it extremely fast. That and the fact the gloves give automatic enhancements in senses, strength and movement. | "EEP!" Taylt did not know what to do at all. He simply raised the wrench in the way of the holy energy. He was knocked down to the ground, and his wrench had been badly blown apart. As each part hit the ground they disappeared. In the corner of his eye, Taylt could see a small bar filling up slightly.
Spec: [|--------------] By the looks of things the gloves were using some of the energy from Aalderink's attack to secretly charge something. What it was charging is still unknown to Taylt and it is invisible to all bit him (So your character does not know it's happening. )
Taylt thinks of the Master Sword and the Mirror Shield. This should provide a lot more protection than that stupid wrench. He charged forward and jumped up (Much higher than he normally could. He figured it was another ability of the gloves) with the shield raised, waiting until he got close enough before swinging the sword twice at Aalderink's chest. |

| Taylt put his own shield back in the way so he was merely knocked down. He landed quite neatly on the floor. "Hmm... This seems much like The Matrix..." He mimicked Neo "Guns... Lots of guns..." He was suddenly flushed with a large pile of various guns, mainly SMGs and pistols but there was also a couple of disposable rocket launchers and a large quantity of grenades too. He picked up two uzis and fired both entire clips at Aalderink. "Leave me be!!!" | |||

| "Er... What trap?" Taylt was utterly confused, and he almost completely neglected Aalderink's charge attack. He held his shield up and was knocked back sliding across the grass a few feet. He made all the current weapons he had disappear so he could provied more energy onto his next thing. A large laser formed on the ground. Taylt aimed it at Aalderink but did not fire. "Wait! Who are you! Who the hell do you think I am!? I'm just a kid!!!"

| "Oh stupid things!" Taylt shouted at the gloves that refused to come off his hands. He was sat in some weird forest on a branch in one of the trees. His VR gloves had activated not too long ago and they had not deactivated since. Taylt thought now that maybe after the gloves are activated once, they were activated forever. Although now he had to think of what to tell his dad when he got home. In fact he thought it was about time he got back, so he set off to home... | |||

| Imor was still sat in the same position as he was before, now feeling a little bit drunk from all the beer he's had. Luckily he had trained himself to be able to drink much larger quantities of alcohol than most people without getting affected.
He raised his glass, now only filled with water (Doesn't want too get too drunk now), and takes a large gulp of it. His mind wasn't too focused but he was going to try and listen in on what the armoured man had to say. He continued to drink his water. |

| Taylt jumps back as the energy burst hits the gun. Just as it explodes Taylt makes it disappear to prevent it doing any damage to himself.
"I seriously do not know what you are talking about..." He makes the sword and shield appear again, and he again jumped up aiming a couple of slashes at Aalderink. |

| I'm not sure if this has already been suggested...
On PHPBB there is a nice feature that leaves a "Ghost Topic" when a topic is moved. This would probably sort out any problems when a mod/admin moves a thread and the people posting in it have trouble finding it. The suggestion: Make this on this board. |

| He watched the three people go up the stairs, now not paying much attention to them. He was beginning to feel quite tired, and wondered if he could hire a room for the night. Just as he was about to ask the guy behind the bar, the three men crashed in. He stayed perfectly calm as he listened to one of them shouting.
"The only demon in here ish the whish-key." Imor joked. He was smiling quite happily, the alcohol starting to take a greater affect. He thought that maybe he should not have drunk so much, but then he would have been depriving himself of his favourite drink. He blinked a few times trying to get his mind back on track. He coninued to smile at the intruder. His hand was also edging its way slowly and unnoticably to his spear, in the case that this guy was going to start big trouble. | Taylt was always told not to talk to strangers... But who was Taylt to listen to his father? Even though he should have learnt that talking to strangers was bad, mainly because of what happened before. He ended up being attacked by some weird angel dude who thought Taylt was in the "Divines" employ, whatever the hell that was.
He looked at the man in front of him, wondering why he was carrying a sword through the woods. "Yeah... I'm Taylt... Pleased to meet you!" He said happily with a large smile. He held his hand out, offering a hand shake. Might as well try to make friends with the strangers. If not, he could always kick the guy's ass. | Imor was not too worried. He had suffered much worse attacks before. The punch hit him direct on his chin. He staggered back a step, although now his expression looked very serious.
