| Well, there really wasn't all that much to heckle really.
And watching so many games, I can safely say that all teams dive, not just the Pens (and we do). Mike (cityondown) apparently had no idea about Hogan-guy. All those memes going around on the internet started getting on my nerves, and he kept posting them. Interesting conversation. Thomas... I like his talent, but I increasingly dislike him overall. First there was those asshole hits that he makes on players now and then, and then there was snubbing the White House invite when they won the cup last year. I mean, honestly... your team is being honored by the President, just like every team before you. I am sure the liberal leaning players didn't like Bush, but if their team won, they went. Not going just shows he's a selfish asshole. Also, not saying Thomas is racist... but well, I bet you he wouldn't have snubbed Clinton or Gore. |

Also... I love Tyrion. Spoiler: Yes, like a boss! Theon... yeah... he's chapters in the books got really fun after this because of the internal conflict. Since all of the Renly/Loras stuff was never blatant in the books (I never put it together until I saw the show), I think it is interesting to see how they are doing this. And yeah, even Shae has a classier looking dress than Margery, and she's a whore... what does that say about Renly's queen? |

| Ah, okay, I get you. And yeah, Thomas has kinda sucked this season. I actually found myself rooting for the Caps yesterday and I think you know my opinion on them (well, on Ovechkin at least).
Kings won *happy dance* I think, as much as I dislike the Capitals, it would be good if they took Boston out and if Phoenix takes out Chicago because that way all that are left haven't won the cup in a while (or ever) and that should make the playoffs more entertaining. I'm also really hoping Ottawa takes out the Rangers because I do not like their team... and, ya know, it'd be nice to have one Canadian team in the running. |

| Kids have tantrums, it's part of being a kid. Arresting a six year old is stupid, I am sorry. There are other ways, and better ways. Teachers are supposed to be trained to deal with kids like this, at least that is what I am being trained in next semester. From what I have read in several articles, the school didn't even try, they just called the cops. That is the school district dropping the ball, violating the parents' and students' trust, and they should pay for it.
Has anyone looked into why she was having such a violent tantrum? Did someone do something she perceived as a threat? Perhaps she has a condition that would trigger such an outburst? Autism can start presenting around that age, for example. Or emotional disabilities like schizophrenia (yeah, kids get that). Would you think she "deserved it" then? Considering that you see people with PTSD all of the time, I am actually shocked you are so dismissive and condescending of a child who was handcuffed and thrown into a police car (a very traumatic experience for a six year old) who is now starting to show signs of it. |

| On the one hand, not all of the blame is on the guy since it takes two to tango and doesn't sound like he forced her. But his reaction? Yeah, fuck him.
I think your sister should think long and hard before she comes to a decision on this. A child could help curb her self-destructive tendencies by giving her something outside of herself to care about, but it could also not do a damn thing and the child will suffer as a result or you and your parents will have to take care of it. The outcome is up to her. The one good thing that is hopefully guaranteed from this is that the relationship will be over between them. Reacting like that to news of a pregnancy is and should be a deal-breaker and prove to your sister that he is never going to be there for her. Hopefully, she sees that and is as pissed about it as you are. I don't think she needs to run out and find a "real man" though... there are plenty of strong single mothers, and as long as she has her family at her back, she should do just fine. |

| The cops were called because the teachers didn't do the job they were trained to do, because asshole parents are like "you touched my kid, I will sue."
The girl needs to be tested for mental disabilities. It is really hard to speculate about the case at all because they are not releasing any information. Does she have tantrums like this at home, only at school, why? If she does have special needs, why is the school not meeting them when they are required to do so by federal law? Petitioning for expungement is kinda pointless at age six, since it will be sealed with her juvenile record when she turns 18 anyway. Oh no, can't get a job for two years. Granted, the kid shouldn't have been arrested in the first place. |

| So, for the most part, I only saw one controversial thing (see spoiler)... and I really wish that we could hear Dany's inner monologue like in the books.
Spoiler: The biggest bitching I hear is about Jaquen worshiping the Red God because of stuff revealed later that seem to contradict it, but I went back and actually looked at that chapter in the book and they did it right, he does say it. |

| I got to yellow belt in Tae Kwon Do when I was 11, but I stopped going because it stopped being fun. They paired us for fights by height and I was the tallest, so I always had to fight the same damn guy every time and he fought dirty.
