So I'm going to be the weird guy who plans to buy it on both Xbox 360 AND Wii. They both have unique features that I really want, so while I'll probably get it on the Xbox 360, and a while later get it for the Wii.

For those of you who don't know, the Xbox 360 version is going to have super ultimate enviromental destruction, where wielding your power looks awesome, where the Wii version is going to have you swining your lightsaber with the Wiimote, and using almost all of the force powers using just gestures. Oh, and the Wii version also has multiplayer and several additional levels.

So, pretty cool destruction with gestures, or ultimate amazing destruction with button presses. I like both.

Oh, and FX, yeah, it looks a lot like the Jedi Knight games, but the fact is, those were pretty freaking awesome, and they didn't have nearly as much force powered insanity.

Being able to tear things apart with the force is more than enough for me to want to get this game.

Do you actually have somewhere where they said that? Cause when GI had the first exclusive article about Force Unleashed, they commented that there would be a Wii version but it "wouldn't be the saber swinging game everyone is waiting for." However, the game version of the Clone Wars movie, is.

http://wii.ign.com/articles/899/899517p2.html

First paragraph.

It's not going to my super realistic, but it's definitely going to be better than most sword fighting we've seen before. There was also a video explaining it in more detail somewhere on IGN, but I'd rather not go through all of their videos just to get that for you. Feel free to look if you want.

Well, would you really expect to ever see a Star Wars game where you can brutally chop people up into pieces with Lightsabers?

I seem to recall that Jedi Academy and Jedi Outcast had it a little bit of limb dismemberment. Not very graphic, buit it was definitely there. The sad thing though is that the Force Unleashed won't be able to have mods that make cutting people apart really realistic, since it's not on computer.

2) The way he holds it. Yeah, it looks all cool, stylized, and dynamic; but it's really inefficient and would provide next to no defense.

Actually, I don't remember where, but I do recall reading about a sword fighting style that involved holding the sword backwards. It was far more acrobatic than most fighting styles, and it looked really cool. It wasn't neccesarilly an overall better sword fighting style, as it was nearly impossible to stab with, but using it could easily throw your opponents off, giving you the upper hand.

I'm sure that that's not what the makers of the game were thinking of, since they were probably just looking for something that sounded cool, but oh well.

I really haven't played much online in ages, but I've got a couple awesome achievements.

One was only a couple years ago playing Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jed Academy. I made the mistake of charging into a huge number of the enemy team(I tihkn there were like ten of them, all grouped together, all of whom were really pretty decent at the game. So, having no idea what else to do, and knowing I was about to die anyway, I just performed a kata.

Well, I got lucky, and chopped them to pieces, so that there were only like, a few left. I killed one of the ones remaining, but then died. So in other words, in a single move, I killed about seven guys, no splash damage, just a single kata.

I have more from back in my Mech Warrior days, but since it's a pretty slow game where everyone has huge amounts of health, I don't really have any huge killing sprees, so these stories can wait.

Dexter's Laborartory, the only one I've seen on there that I've laughed at. Oh, Johnny Bravo is pretty good too. But I rarely even go to Cartoon Network.

ABC or NBC?

So my question is, if this is fake, what other mythical creatures do you all think were once real, if any?

I'm going for the Loch Ness Monster, although probably not in Loch Ness itself.

I'm going to have to go with Google Chrome, folks. It looks nice, very simple interface, and it seems to load fast. Of course, I didn't really use Firefox that much, and IE was my browser of choice before, so oh well.

Yeah, I admit it, I'm a die hard Google fan. Live with it.

Now it's the Facebook one that's scary...they can use any of the stuff that I post on there in any way?

Not pretty.

And I'm not too concerned about the Youtube one, assuming that they made daily back-ups, it would be hard NOT to retain some deleted videos for a short time.

I think he voted for IE.

Anyway, I hope to use Chrome a lot in the future, but because it's incompatible with a lot of websites, I'm just sticking to IE for now. I still like Chrome a lot though.
