I think that was exactly what your edit was, so keep to yourself next time, the web site is a big boy and can handle some shots at a member that has been nothing but a joke since his first ban eons ago. You should also learn a thing about what a "clever" personal attack consists of, mainly every time you editted his posts with the same thing, that counts as a "clever" (but not really) personal attack.

So, internet anonymity is essentially the cause of almost all the problems online. Look at 4chan, that place is terrible and filled with the seedy underbelly of the internet, but it (every few years) produces a gem of comic gold.

Marionette was now the center of attention, strings in the backs of all of these men around him, their attention firmly set upon him, but the guards not knowing how or why. Either Noxadrain was ineffective, or his true personality was just that magnetic. The guards were in a constant state of worry, turning their eyes away from him, hoping to not be caught under the spell. Instead of destroying the Noxadrain tablets as he was, he was now stockpiling them, hiding them where the guards would 'forget' to check. Planning on preparing for the revolution. He looked across the courtyard, and noted all of those who he did not hold under his finger. They will soon crumble, they will soon falter, and then once the secret of this Noxadrain is revealed, then the world shall burn. |

Michael should have noted the parting of people around him, their wary eyes and sullen faces. Marionette placed a cold hand upon Michael's shoulder.

Perhaps...Perhaps, these men believed they deserved their prison, perhaps they thought that by being here, their sins would be atoned. Perhaps...but they were all wrong. Self-pity and loathing was simply unacceptable, especially from those who tormented the surface. Sure, they all might not have been bad, but they certainly could have fooled the world. "What happened to the honor in villainy? Once, we had standards. Once, there was no need for bloodshed on behalf of a crime. Once, there was intimidation, without needing to murder, steal, pillage, or plunder. What happened to our honor, gentlemen?"

As you can see, I know a little bit about control." A kind smile ran across Marionette's face, he was unkempt, but charismatic. He held the attention of the entire courtyard with his speech, eyes glazed over with wonder and awe. And he was not even using his powers, those are reserved for the weak, those whom twisted to his side without a gentle word, a kind glance, an inspiring speech. I don't know if anyone read this whole thing(except for me), but I was not really amused by the writing per se, though, I was quite amused with the parenthetical notations. Also, the explanation for light and color being the gnomes of different hat colors was pretty neat. Aside from that, I was generally impressed with the ability to explain all sorts of things utilizing gnomes entirely. |
