| I could steal any food from my school's store...if I cared enough. There've been times when I've stood there for five minutes, the only person in line, and had to wait for the lunch lady to get her lazy ass to the register. I could just walk away one day and no one would stop me.
Uhm, I usually notice idiocy on a daily basis, but then again I work at Gamestop so I'm surrounded by it there. |

A solitary fellow stood before the gates of the Witches Trough. A look of hope was about his face. On his chest was a white T-Shirt, with a unique tribal design across it. And above that was an unbuttoned dark brown vest. His tight-fitting dark brown pants matched with his boots. Slung over his back, a matching blazer. In his right hand a black duffel bag. He was bringing things to this location, that might be considered very illegal. Though, he had clearance from the President. He was meeting with her to discuss a certain mission he was hired for. He took a breath in through his nose and smelled the fresh air. It sure was good to be back in the States again. With that thought he strode across the massive green lawn and made his way to the door, where two unhappy looking men in black suits and sunglasses stared at him. "Good day fellows. Name's Alexander Dvinarie, I know odd last name. Parents were Wiccan see, I'm here to speak with the President. Here's my papers and identification." With that he placed his duffel bag and blazer on the ground and reached for his wallet. He showed his state ID and the note with the presidential seal on it. His wallet held a badge in it, for his Private Investigator work in the States as well as London. The authorization checked out with the guards, though he was five minutes early. They let him in without a problem. "Golly, this place is bigger than I expected..." His amber eyes danced about and he noticed the President in the middle of the hallway being swarmed by children as well as a rather tall fellow. His presence was announced by the loud click of the door shutting. "President Keira...I know I'm early, but I'm Alexander Dvinarie." He bowed low to the ground. "Pleased to make your acquaintance..." | Leon nodded at Holly. His shard-eye on active scan mode.
"I've written about seve-...Somethings wrong. That's Edgar's Shard being activated...and...FUCK!" Leon turned and charged down the hallway, drawing his revolver as he neared. The door burst open and Edgar ran out. Leon near bumped into him as they passed each other in the hallway. He entered the room with a push of the door and placed his right leg on the edge of the desk, his revolver focused onto Alden's head. He grinned wildly as he saw the repressor shard was active on the desk. "My bullets don't need my shard to blow your godforsaken brains out. If I so much as sense your men coming in here or you deactivating that shard, this bullet will be your death. Now, you're officially going to be taken as a POW, and as such, you will lose all rights to your shards, including this puppy." Leon's left arm reached out and drew the box away from Alden. His revolver was cocked, so all it would take is a mere flinch of his target to allow him to fire a bullet accurately into his skull and killing him. Leon had nothing to live for and even less to die for. He would not hesitate in pulling the trigger, not even for a millesecond. "Isha...Cuff his ass and remove his shards." |

| Leon flinched and fired his gun. Using the recoil from it to send him backwards. The bullet should at least catch Alden in the arm, if not his chest. Leon simultaneously kicked off the desk in front of him, sending him through the door. Noticing the bit of wall disintegrate before him he became...suspicious. He stood quickly from his laying position and ran in the opposite direction slamming his hand onto a nearby alarm console, sending off a loud buzzing and the footsteps of many people gathering their equipment for war. He noticed Edgar in his shriveled up state and knew instantly he had used the miracle shard. DAMN YOU he thought. Leon ducked into his own room pulling Holly, Josiah, and Edgar with him. He bolted the door and grinned wildly. Still clutched in his right hand was the box containing the clean shard. He opened the box to marvel at it's glory and saw it lying there in perfect form. He analyzed the data he saw with his shard-eye, and recognized it as such, a prefect, clean shard. Closing the box quickly he stared down Holly.
"Give peace a chance, huh...That worked out well. Edgar, It's a good thing you activated your shard I'm not sure I would've gotten out of that pickle easily...Thank you." Leon bowed reverently... (Last edited by Xeios on 10-05-06 02:06 AM) |

| Leon shook his head and directed his attention to Holly. He came to a certain understanding about her point.
"Human lives aren't toys, they're weapons. And so long as those kind of people are out there, peace is just an ideal unattainable by man. I understand your concern, but they were the aggressors here, we had no plan in actually attacking them, instead they showed up and picked a fight. I'm sorry if you can't comprehend that but-..." | Alexander noted the names into his brain right away, he didn't want to seem foolish and forget a name or two...Though he still tends to do so. He figured since there was a sudden silence in the room that he'd step forward and introduce himself.
"Well, as I said before, I'm Alexander Dvinarie. I'm applying for...Well, the Witches Trough I suppose. I'm a mediocre Wiccan I guess, not too sure how I would rank in ability. I've done lots of work through the past few years. Private Investigation, Police work, Apprehension of Criminals from outside of the law...I'm guessing you'd like to test my abilities in some way so you know you're not hiring an incompotant..." Alexander stood at the ready, awaiting Francine's response, or really, anyone in authorities response. |

"Well, it's my fault for overlooking the strange energy signal I sensed from your room before you went there. In my anger, I jeopardized your life...and I am sorry for that." "What the fuck is going on, Edgar? I thought you ran a tight ship." Leon glanced at Seifer, not surprised that he was standing without a scratch. "Welcome back, you didn't miss much, Alden tried to pull a fast one on us and eliminate Edgar, I removed his precious shard though..." Leon tucked the shard box under his arm and shook his head lightly. "Sorry, here you are Holly. Seifer, make sure that box doesn't fall into Alden's hands again, it's too powerful for him to control, you'd better see to it that this box is guarded well..." Leon handed the shard to Holly, His eye fixed upon the box as if it were made of gold. |

| Alexander's eyes glinted in the light, they truly were a marvelous amber color. As soon as he knew it he was being held by the collar by the big werewolf he saw earlier. A grin ran across his face.
"Depends, a big guy like you seems tough to kill with my bare hands, and your carcass wouldn't just feed my friends, but a small village in Africa. And of course it'd be a joke later." His eyes danced across the big man's face. "Oh and if the bare hands don't work, I've always got this..." A small poke was felt on Darian's belly as the cold steel of Alexander's white revolver tapped him. A tingling sensation was also felt silmultaneously where Darian's heart was, and a barely noticable amount of electricity was coarsing around Alexander's left hand, stimulating the nerve endings on Darian. "Mind puttin' me down partner?" The grin never left Alexander's face and he didn't seem very threatening, though his speed was almost unmatched what with the fact he got that revolver from his coat before he was picked up... |

| So, It's a normal boring old day at Gamestop, when Rachael(my manager) starts complaining about feeling sick. So I say to her "Ok, why don't you go chill out in the back for a bit, see if you feel better. I've got the store under control." So she goes in the back, I'm cleaning shit up, and I start to hear crying from the back, I ask her if she's alright, and she says she's fine. I go back to work, la la la...A little bit later I'm ringing a customer(one of three for the night) and I hear more crying in the back. I finish up the trasaction and go bang on the door to the office...No answer...I start to worry. I go bakc to the store and begin pacing. I speed-dial my manager and get him on the phone. "Andrew, where are you, Rachael is in the back office and I'm getting no answer." .... He says "SHIT, bang on the door more...BEAT the SHIT out of the door, I'll be there in a bit, if you don't get a response call in an ambulance."
I beat the shit out of the door, I hear a muffled "uuhhhhhh" i say "Rachael, open the door, pass me the keys something, are you alright?" She knocks the keys under the door and I grab them, open it up and she's lying on the ground. I basically keep her consious till my manager gets there and I'm freaking out most of the time. She passed out about 4 or 5 times in my arms, it was pretty fucking scary I'll tell you that...She should be ok though, sshe was taken to the hospital by her boyfriends mother. |

| Leon slowly began to turn. He stared dead into Josiah's eyes, past the gun barrel of course. Leon clutched tighter on the box with his left hand.
"You don't have the guts coward....BOO!" In one swift motion he sent a powerful knee to Josiah's genitals, swung his head to the left, and squeezed the trigger of his revolver, firing a shot directly at Josiah's stomach, not a location that would kill him, but a location that would wound him and give Leon time to get the gun away. |

| Blood poured from Leon's lips. A grin met his young face as the pain began to sink in. He stared off into nothingness for a moment. His anger began rising, a side-effect of pain. Leon spun to face the traitor. He fired five bullets at this man and reloaded with an godly show of speed. It was stunning how he seemed to shrug off the pain as if it were nothing. He threw the gun into the air, and caught it in his left hand. He clicked a small switch on the side of the gun and changed it from single action mode, to double action mode. A blood covered right hand slammed into the wall and grasped the hilt of a broadsword. He cracked his neck abrubtly and grinned wildly.
"It feels good to have this back in my hand." With that he charged forward and fired his gun once at the old man, swinging his sword in conjunction with that move. Leon seemed to be moving with a newfound dexterity. (Last edited by Xeios on 10-05-06 01:37 AM) |

His eyes followed the werewolf out of the room, and he turned towards the group. A smoking location huh. Sweet. He pulled a cigar from his coat, and lit the tip of it. He'd smoked half of it earlier. A match struck up and lit the end. "I'm good at finding stuff, hurting stuff, and bringing stuff back. Whether it be people or objects or anything you need. I'm just in it for honing my skills and actually belonging to a collected force with a good cause." |

| She's fine, and I just realized I forgot to put in what happened. She had been perscribed anti-depressants she was taking for that day only and she got sick and had an allergic reaction to them. Her throat swelled up, but everything got better as soon as I got into the room. She kept telling me how customers were in the store and I should take care of them until I just yelled "FUCK THE CUSTOMERS" at her. Yea, pretty funny. Then I went out and explained to them that my manager just passed out, It's a good thing they didn't hear me. | |||

| Leon shook his head and shakily made it to his feet as Josiah began speaking.
"Get back here you GODFORSAKEN INFIDEL! I'm not finished, and neither are you!" Leon began laughing with a newfound fervor. His revolver's barrel was in his mouth as he removed the chain, and attached it to the hilt of his sword. Ptah, the gun went flying and collided with the ground. Leon took on a new stance and grasped the sword tightly in two hands. Swinging it with all his might he sent off a shockwave from the blade that cut through the air as his bullets had in the past. A large portion of his walls were cut with the slash, as it seemed to spread about 15ft wide and was sent straight for Josiah's midsection. But he was already gone. A darkness fell over Leon's eyes.
