 Not too long after you set out on your journey you finally reach your destination: The great and beautiful kingdom in which the grand and famous Supreme Trainer resides- Avalus, a medieval kingdom with futuristic assets. You walk through the people-filled streets and admire the liveliness of the place. Odd-shaped hover-carriages glide just a couple above the ground and pass you with a constant, noisy hum. Someone offers you a ride to see the trainer and you gladly accept. Upon arriving at the gates of the Grand Palace you are escorted to the royal training center where the trainer awaits. A few other people are there as well, sparring with each other in the background. The trainer, older, but strong looking, walks up and welcomes you, then suggests to get started. "Well, young warrior, we have much to do. In order for you to survive out in the world as a fighter you must learn just how to do it. That is what I am going to help you with today. You will learn just about everything there is to know on how to fight. You will go through 9 lessons during this session, of which some will be together. Now, let's waste no time. The first subject will be attacking and magic usage. Everybody should know how to do these, yes, but it is good to review even the basics. Your basic attack is nothing more than trying to hit your opponent. You describe what you are doing and what the attack will do, but not so that you control if he gets hit. Magic is the same way. You use a spell and say what it does. I will not go further into this because you should already know this. Wow, now this is something interesting. A bunch of characters for various games all in one RPG. I believe that to be something special. I'm surprise to see Xenosaga characters in it. I guess Dante would be a great character to have in it. I've never played the game but everyone loves him. You can expect the strategy guide to be twice as thick as normal just because of all the character bios. And for those of us in the US, you can maybe expect the game to come out sometime mid next year. |

The supreme trainer directly takes the hit from both attacks, but stands strong. An energy field appears around him and heals the wounds you've inflicted. "Good. You know how to correctly do those. Next I'll will tell you about spell charging. In this realm, the casting of high level magic spells requires you to gather enough energy for it. A level one or two spell does not need a great amount, therefore you are able to use them instantly. Anything beyond a level two spell has to be "charged". The amount of time needed is called a "post". One post of charging is needed for a level three spell. Two posts are needed for level 4, and the amount of posts required keeps raising by one for each level you want to use. Be careful about when you want use a high level spell, for you cannot attack or defend while doing so, making yourself vulnerable. However, setting up a defense beforehand is a strategy you can use. You've begun your travel to meet with a master for your training to fight after so long. You set out in a journey to the city in which he resides and soon enter a beautiful field filled with flowers and grass. There is a soft warm wind breezing by with a bright sun up in the clear sky. A wonderful day…until while walking you feel something small and and soft ram into the back of your head. You turn around to see what it was only to get a very surprising hit in the face by the same thing. You nearly fall back, but quickly catch your self. After rubbing your face you look up to see 3 small, pink floating furry objects hovering about. “Pink Puffs…” you think to yourself. It seems you have invaded their territory and aroused their anger. Another moves in and thumps in the face a few times, *fmp* *fmp*…*fmp* You become angry yourself and force it away by swinging your arms. You then pull out your weapon and prepare to give them a beating they won’t forget. If it’s a fight they want, then a fight they’ll get! | Some of you, about 2-3 years ago, may have known about a site called Project Dolphin. For those who didn't, what this site did was create something that could keep track of how many keystrokes you've made on your keyboard and "pulse" it to a cool program on the site that recieved and stored each amount according to your username. So you had people there with thousands, and even millions of keystrokes recorded.
A neat thing they included was the option for teams. A registered user could create his or her own team and have other people join it. What this did was tally together the total amount of everyone's keystrokes conbined and display it, along with the number each person contributed to it. Sadly, after only a year of being up, Project Dolphin was shut down. But, I've recently discovered that they are back up and running. Many people have already joined, and I did only a few days ago. I don't know how long it's been that way, but people already have millions of keystrokes (some of which I'm sure cheated in some way). I thought it would be a good idea to have a team of my own, so I went ahead and created one, wanting people from across the Acmlm communtiy to join in an attempt to be one of the top ten teams. The name of my team is "Surreal Future", and I was hoping that some of you here at Xeogaming wouldn't mind doing so. What you have to do is register first, which only requires your name and email or something of the sort, and then download the Pulse server thing. The whole process should take less than two minutes, depending on your clicking speed. The Pulse thing automatically starts up when you install it, so you won't need to do anything else. If you'd like, Here is a link to the register page: Register From there you can easily figure out what to do next, or simply click this link to go to the download page. Dowload After that, log in to your account and click on "Search/Join a team" and type in "Surreal Future". Once there click on "Join". I thank anyone who feels like joining.
