| Old Acmlmboards work like this one; when you change your post layout, your old posts still have the old layout until you go and edit them, or unless you have your layout setting set to "auto update" (but it only affects how you see the board).
On another hand, the boards I linked to in my sig are using more modern Acmlmboard versions, and always auto-update layouts. AKA, when you change your layout, all your posts are affected. What I don't like with the current way of doing things, is the fact your old posts aren't affected by layout changes. So my older posts remain layout less. And of course, if you change your layout, the posts that use your old layout may just be completely fucked up and look like shit. So I'm curious about people's opinions, should this board always auto-update layouts, like AB2.x and ABXD, or should it stay like it is now? |

| For me, it looks like it's the same size as the board's small font (which is 10px according to the CSS; normal font is 13px).
Now yeah, I'm a blind ass and use a font size of 85% at Board2 (but 85% of what? I wonder. It just sets the <body>'s font size to 85%)
But well, I can still read those small fonts. It's just that I shouldn't try to read them if my eyes are tired or whatever |

| I say that hotel's management is bullshit. Also why the hell can't certain people throw their garbage in recycle bins. Does that move consume too much of their fat or something?
Also, those little kids are like dogs, never let 'em touch whatever thing they see ;P Someone would say the parents were at fault for not keeping an eye on the kid, but I guess not, they probably assumed the room was clean. |

| While we're at it with layout options, as I don't really feel like spamming a million threads about layouts, there are already enough of those in here; I got a suggestion about that signature separator option.
I set my signature separator to None because my layout looks nicer without that line the board adds as a sigsep. But well, that removes all the sigseps from all the layouts, for me only. And various people just use the board's sigsep, so their signatures appear kinda merged with their posts to me and well... I'd prefer it if the sigsep option affected your layout and only your layout, for everyone. |

| Hmm yeah, that post of yours has no layout. So I went and looked at your profile instead. Here's what I gotta say about your layout:
- My monitor is 1920x1080, I can see the extras on the right but past them it's empty space. The background cuts and the 'empty space' is filled with the board theme background. - I can see you used opacity on the box to make it transparent. Fucking bad idea. Opacity will also make your contents transparent, aka if you post an image it will blend with your background, which would look terrible. Use rgba()/hsla() as a background color, or a transparent PNG, instead. - Noticing the box isn't stretching to fill the whole screen in width, I really hope this isn't a scrolling layout. Aside from that, that layout isn't too bad, and with a few little fixes, would actually be quite nice. I like the idea of random backgrounds. Spoiler: Hint: you can make your layout have a different background for each post- just look at how I did it  |

| Hm, about your layout, your post box is bleeding over the sidebar. Unlike Board2's sidebars, this board's are 20% of the available width, so you gotta size your stuff up accordingly.
Also, when your posts are too short, the background doesn't cover the whole sidebar... I suggest you just forget about any sidebar trick on a board like this one |

| Y'see all those asfdfads-ish users? Those most likely are a spambot, seeing how each one has all his fields filled with crap.
Now, he's doing no harm for now, aside from wasting database space, but if he somehow learns how to post on the board, it could be really bad. And I guess he could. Looks like he already came across my tagboard and posted his random garbage in it... So I guess register.php would need some spambot security. A captcha would work, as long as it's not fucking unreadable like some, and as long as it is secure too |
