Yea, so this guy is like, super honest, and it's really crazy that he would even take the time to do something like this, let alone spend the money.

Yea he is. If I were in that situation I would proably burn the ticket for warmth and take the four dollars to the store and buy some candy! Although he proalby doesn't love fire and candy like me...

Maybe the guy put it off this long on purpose because he wanted to one day be in the newspaper. Although I wouldn't think that this would get you into the newspaper.

so the real question is what can you do to get a one dollar fine?

also, why wasnt this guy jailed or put in trouble when he didnt pay his ticket soon enough? im pretty sure that if you go a few years without paying someone is going to notice

it would really suck if they found their own paperwork for him and thought he hadnt paid it for a long time lol.

Maybe he spit on a police officers shoe by accident or gave him the finger and the cop decided to give him a one dollar ticket...

It says a $1 parking ticket.

I fail to see the point to issue a ticket for the amount of $1. I mean... for the person issuing it, the pen, the paper, the clip board...

TOTAL waste of time.

I do admire the man or woman. I would do the same.
