| Hopelessness, despair and pain. I can't get these feelings out of my head, and they plague me almost every waking moment. With these feelings, I can get nothing done (even the beloved RPGs which some of you may have noticed my absence from), not even things that I once enjoyed. There's really not much to say, so I'm sorry for my short topic, but there's really nothing that can conquer this at this point. I am seeing a psychologist right now, but it's only been one session in.
I don't know how much longer I can handle this. Help me. |

| If you are just going to let those feelings get to you, then you might as well allow every other feelings overwhelm you.
SOunds to me like you have alot on your mind, and your mind is making assumptions of your general surroundings. Correct me if im wrong Clock by the way. |

| What is the root of your problems? It is kinda hard to help if all you say is "I'm depressed". I am sure that the psychologist will do a better job than I can, but I am still willing to help. | |||

| Actually Elara, sometimes there is not root, but roots. It's very common for people to "be depressed without reason". What is actually is is a bunch of little thing we sort of shrug off even if they annoy us. Those thing clump together, weigh down on a person. Right now, and I'm sure this psychologist is helping you do this Clock, you really need to reflect one everything in your life, no matter how small. Write it down and you might be surprised on how many thing are really weighing you down. It's the first step anyways.. | |||
