| Yes, FX is doing another RP. This is one that is taking place in the fantasy world of Yeresia. I'm using this RP as a way to get more exposure and depth into the world. I am anticipating a complex plot that will involve many of the Yeresian gods. No, you will not be playing as a god, sorry. That is reserved for me, and people that I really like.
The RP will take place during what is referred to as the Ancient Times, which is the height of the rule of the Yeresian gods, during the reign of Illarin (I am providing a map of the gods below). This will be before Ornlu's attempt to take control, but we may encounter some of his plotting. 
Those are all of the major gods. I will also include descriptions of the gods soon. But first, I want to know if anyone is interested in this. (Last edited by FX on 05-23-07 03:18 AM) |

If you want more information on any of them, feel free to PM or IM me. To start: Name: Ilarin Domain: Lord of the Gods Symbol: Dove Other: Ilarin rules with a soft hand, aiding those in need. He finds his subjects more important than himself, and will do anything to protect them. Name: Gaia Domain: Earth Symbol: None Other: Gaia is a quiet goddess, always watching. Mostly, when she needs something done she sends her only son Qariel. Name: Garollia Domain: Decay Symbol: A withering flower Other: Also known as the Blind Goddess, Garollia resides in solitude in the petrified forest. While is rarely seen by mortals, Ilarin does make the occasional journey to see her and gain advice from her. Name: Qariel Domain: Earth Symbol: Elm Tree Other: Qariel is one of the sternest of the gods. He does what needs to be done, and continues on. He is one of the most adept at magic, and has a somewhat close relationship with his cousin, Oebuss. Name: Ranilla Domain: Ocean Symbol: Whale Other: Ranilla has what most gods lack, a sense of humor. He has a playful relationship with his younger sister, Danilia, and often visits his brother Darynia. Name: Danilia Domain: River Symbol: Lotus Other: Danilia is one of the kindest, and youngest gods. She rules over the river spirits and, along with Qariel, helps maintain the health of the planet. Name: Darynia Domain: Death Symbol: Raven Other: Darynia is definitely the kindest of the gods, despite his position. He gently ushers souls into the AfterWorld, and guards to make sure none escape from the Dirges. Name: Tibor & Lumeria Domain: Chaos & Justice Symbol: Sheild & Sword Other: The twins Tibor and Lumeria are rarely seen apart. It seems that their thoughts often coincide. At least, until Lumeria's sudden disappearance and Tibor's resulting insanity. But don't worry, that hasn't happened yet. Name: Oebuss Domain: Fire Symbol: Dragon Other: Oebuss is in constant competition with his brother, Ornlu. Surprisingly, the violent god has never brought the conflict to physical blows, although it has come to the next closest thing. Name: Ornlu Domain: Storms Symbol: Wolf Other: Cunning and deceitful, Ornlu is constantly planning to increase his standing, especially against his brother. He is the least social of the gods, excepting Garollia. Both Qariel and Oebuss have approached Illarin many times about their suspicions of Ornlu's plans going too far, but the God King has always dismissed these claims. | Okay, here's the deal: if anyone does play a god, it will be as a secondary character, because they will most likely not be traveling with us. So you will need a non-god character.

| Name: Jirah Filahs
Age: 32 Sex: Male Description: Jirah is an attractive man, fit and in good shape. He weighs around 150lbs and is marked at 6' tall. His skin is tan compared to the others in this area, and his clothing was made in his homeland. Adorned with beads and baby turtle shells, his clothing is much different than the clothing that is normally worn. Upon his neck is a jade necklace, a small turtle shell at the center, a symbol for his people. his shoulder pads are made of turtle shells as well. All of his clothing appears to be very tribal. History: Jirah comes from a strange land to the east, an island actually. He was born and raised with the tradition of his tribe, and followed the gods they followed. But one day, a man came and attempted to convert the village, but was not listened to, and turned into a sacrifice for the gods. Jirah realized what this man was trying to do, and taking the art given to him by his family, went off on his own to convert the mainland countries to his tribes religion. Age: 20 Sex: female Description: She has tanned skin and green eyes. She's about 6 feet even. Amamizu wears the clothing of a slave. Tattered dirty white cloth wrapped around her veluptious bust and curved waist. Amamizu has soft lavender hair that stays up in a long ponytail. (Wash her off and she looks like a princess) History: Amamizu had a nice life to start off. Wonderful parents, wonderful home, and a wonderful pet. Things worsened for her though. Her hometown was invaded by a different people. They raped her mother, killed her father, and stole her dog along with making her one of the many child slaves they acquired from the invasion. Amamizu was bought by a good master, but he looked to her to feed his more carnal needs. Weapons: dagger and whip when she acquires them Patron God/dess: She has not patron deity but she constantly finds herself pleading to Darynia to take her to the dead. Just off of the mainland lies a small island, called Andel (AHN-dell) by it's inhabitants, devoid from the ravages of time. It has has even avoided the trappings of the Modern Age. But that time is over, and Ornlu has begun his reign over the earth. He has turned his gaze to the small island that has escaped his wrath. The last place not under his rule. |
