I went to go see it yesterday with Pockets. It was good. It was a cool looking movie and some of the secenes were down right beautiful. Johnny Dep was fascinating as always and the story line was confusing at times, but easy to understand if you weren't dumb or distracted. I was only a little of one.

One thing, it was LONG. I enjoyed the movie, but it was long.

I went to see it last night with my girlfriend. We had our tickets and were in the theater like one minute before it was about to start and her mom called and decided that she didn't want her to go see it. Fortunately I got a refund from the theater.

It was pretty good, but not as great as the first two. What I disliked about it was how they showed how evil the pirate fighting english were, and then showed the guys who liked to rob innocent traders and steal their goods as heroes.

Also, the way the characters related to eachother got too complicated. Too much betrayal, no clear sides, and very little of them actually caring about who they're with.

But, I still liked it a lot, especially the ending battle.

I think that they showed more that neither side is good or evil. Pirates did bad things, but they did good things too... and while the East India Trading Company doesn't seem like some evil business they did do some really messed up things.

Overall I have to say that I enjoyed the movie... there were a few scenes were I was like "WTF?" but it was cool... the crabs were hilarious. I went to see the midnight showing with a group of my friends... we took up nearly an entire row in the theater. That, in and of itself, was badass.

I'm at school right now, and I don't have time to rant or even read what anyone else has said. All I'll say now is:

It was better than 2, not as good as 1, and way better than Spider-Man.

It was pretty good, I rated it a 8 1/2 out of 10.

I actually like number 2 a lot. People say that the island scene was terrible, because it had no point, but I think it was neccesary. The rest of the movie was dark and serious, with a bunch of fighting and crackens, and that one scene was able to give the movie some humor.

It alos destroyed the crew. That was definitely needed.

I didn't see anyone mention the clip after the credits. It was kind of cute.

Keira Knightley looked amazing throughout the movie. More so than any of the other two.

It was long, but I surprisingly was entertained the whole time. I still like the first one more, it just has everything the movie needed.

I don't like how the second and third tie in. It's really like one BIG movie. You have to rely on the second and the third for any character development.

I started getting annoyed by the 43rd time everyone doubled crossed each other.

I would have liked the movie so much better if they didn't try to make it comical from time to time. Comedy can be used sparingly but if its not funny I get irritated. This is what plagued Spiderman 3 for me. (Besides what they did to my poor poor Venom)

I liked the movie, but it could have been better.

The thing after the credits was a rip-off. It was a waste of my time. It was three shots. Kiera didn't even look 10 years older, at ALL. Probably because they said "This scene is so pointless, why should we redo her makeup?" Seriously, I waited though those massively long credits to see something I already knew?

Okay, I didn't know that, but it's not like it was a surprise or anything. Not like the thing after the credits in X-Men 3.

No...just...no.

I thought that it didn't cover enough, and still needed some things. Like that one ocean sea lady person. She just creates a whirlpool and makes it rain, and she's off? What the heck?

I think that it should have deleted a lot of the annoying scenes(Jack's multiple personalities), and added in what happens with her. It would have made it a lot better.

But it didn't make any sense! I didn't even know where they come from, or anything about them, except that they appeared at the world's end.

I wished they would disappear.
