| DOwnload Winamp first, cause thats the only player that seems to actually work.
Then, when you click on the "Tune into MSR" click on any of the players, and it should load a popup. If not, enable popups, and you should see something like this. Better yet, just do this. Download Winamp Save This popup on your desktop Open that popup in Winamp. And there you go. |

| As always, I love the vocalists in Classic metal, totally mends the music together with the flow it delivers.
The lyrics however I have no clue, like a cleaner Rhapsody if you know what I mean. LOL But my stereo loved Liege Lord. I must get some. Brainstorm was a little tasty, Ill be honest with you, they are OK, but not something I would actually jam to to be honest. Maybe once every 20 albums like what MSR does
Oh yeah, and next week im going to make an epic RPG video using some Epic Folk metal, look forward to that everyone! ______________________________________ Soilwork THe metal Band that actually brought me to Metal. Melodic Death Metal at its core best. They are huge fans of Iced Earth and gain influences by them. But over all, very in your face, and very tasty. | Newer mighty traditional/power metal from the US.
Crescent Shield. Vocalist Michael Grant is one of the finest out there right now. He will be a legend given a few years. He was also a part of shredder Toby Knapp's short lived Onward, which is even better than Crescent Shield if you ask me. Crazier with the guitars and stuff (no surprise, just check out Toby Knapp's skills), sadly they only released three albums and are now done for. Listen to "Wizard Archer". Its up there with Paul Gilbert/Jason Becker/Marty Friedman stuff. Now, imagine Onward. Three full length albums with nothing but crazy rhythm's and shredding by that guy. Makes my pants explode. A lot of the time when I'm looking for some (free) tracks of bands (Jstuff) I can find only poo. It may be because it's foreign, but with most of these Narutards and LOLnippon people around, I thought it'd be easier. But I forget they really don't know shit. (Shinde kudasai, Naruto) Anyway, although I don't regularly come into here and get stuff, do not worry, I still have some of my Metal kicking around.  |

| I normally find metal Bands through my friend Road-Dogg. But normally I just go to FYE and browse around. Suggesting artists to some of the employee's I know up there.
Either that or MSR, that radio station is heaven on Earth if you want metal. |

Cage. Newest album just came out and its incredible, listen to HELL DESTROYER. It does destroy hell, holy shittles I'm loving them. Their style is in the vein of Iced Earth's Stormrider material. Dark thrashy power metal! Interesting note, all of these guys pretty much came out of nowhere too. They've got four albums out but they haven't been a part of other bands or anything, just crazy. And Kill the Devil? Hah, I doupt they're Christian, but I love their lyrics. TP: I use eMule to download everything (50 gigs worth now ...  ), and usually I use the metal-archives band pages to follow band members to other bands and stuff. This usually works in discovering some new stuff, sometimes. Also posting on some random metal boards from time to time and asking for recommendations really works.
