If you like early Celtic Frost (I'm talking their Morbid Tales EP from 1984), you should check out Hellhammer, the name the band went under in the early 80's. Evil stuff.

And you'd probably like Tyrant (US) and their release "Too Late to Pray". I must warn you, this song will destroy your home! Haha, but here's a track from it: Eve of Desctruction.

If you like Slayer, thrash is crazy. Exumer, Onslaught (The Force!), Heathen, Testament, Vio-lence (bad vocals but bloodthirsty riffage), Laaz Rockit, Holy Terror, just some random ones that come to mind.

I've heard a lot about that album. I hear it's something like Tobias Sammat's Avantasia, has a lot of vocalists from other bands and whatnot. Hansi is in it? Saweet. Sounds cool.

Its a concept band, just like Avantasia.

Seriously, Pick it up. You will not regret it. Its Bands like these that makes me glad I listen to Metal. Praise the Lords of Metal

Dear god... That was amazing... And yes, they did play some of their older stuff, but they were touring their new album as well, so....

We got special treatment as well. They played "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" for us. They haven't played that live in a few years.

And it wasn't my FIRST concert, but the first REAL one. All of the ones that I've been to before were just some country group that I've never heard of at the County Expo. But this was just truly amazing. Sonata Arctica now owns my soul.

I bought a CD before listening to it.

It's Avantasia's The Scarecrow.

Since it's Tobias Sammet, I expect quality (and great audio quality)

Im listening to it right now.. I can say Alice Cooper is a bad ass. The only thing I wish he would do is finish up his next album.. ive been waiting for it.
