So what movies, shows, bands, books, etc would you normally be ashamed to cop to that you've been sucked into lately?

In my case, it's Survivor. I watched the very first season more than a decade ago, and hadn't watched again since. Then I caught the second episode of this latest season and for some reason got into it.

I don't watch it as though it's reality. I'm fairly certain the producers are guiding the contestants in whichever way they choose for ratings. It's just a drama full of intrigue and backstabbing.

I mean. I can see how it can be creepy for folks my age. I really do! It's not like I don't wear T-shirts in public (Al-bet; Hilarious) or basically talk about the show to my friends. It's one of those things I can keep to myself and just enjoy the fucking show.

There are alot of other people out there that feel that it's for young audiences. I can attest to that! I thought the same thing up until it suddenly became popular and I could not judge it unless I watched it! Welp, I watched the first episode and I can't say that I hated the show. I actually enjoyed it! In fact, I watch one episode a week and so far I have not been let down! It's legitimately funny at times and best of all it's not girly

Don't hate on My Little Pony!

E- Just to add another thing: Not being the grandpa on the front porch saying that most of the cartoons out there not being hilarious enough as the good ol' days or whatever. But I can at least say that My Little Pony is great for kids and I'm glad to see that it was made. Hell I remember when I was growing up my mom would watch sesame Street with me not because it was one of those "Family" shows to watch with your kids. But there were a lot of things about that show that mom liked. Like Celeberties in their prime being a part of the show. Nowadays?

We have Jack Black!

But bottom line is that MLP has a lot of things that I laugh at that kids might not get. Which is basically the point.

I seriously do not get the My Little Pony obsession that is taking most of my male friends... but at the same time I think it is hilarious!

I don't really have guilty pleasures in the entertainment department... just in the drinking soda again department. Well... I suppose watching the Twilight saga might count... but that was with Rifftrax so I think that negates it and all the other horrible films I have seen lately (The Room... omg, it was SO bad!)

When that came out over a year ago, everyone in my office kept greeting each other with, "Oh hi, _______!" in the same manner as the weird ass guy in that movie does. Yeah, it's pretty awful.

There are several things that I partake in that other might call a "guilty" pleasure, but I don't feel guilty admitting. Like, say comic books. I feel like whenever I have to answer one of those ice breaker questions about things I'm into when I start a new class, there's ALWAYS someone who snickers about it.

Yeah, the Rifftrax guys have been doing that a lot in their other riffs and Ben seems to have picked it up. I have done it once. I think it is a coping mechanism.

So I apparently spent a solid hour watching Bridezillas clips.

I'd never really watched the show before, but when I stumbled across this clip video on Youtube, particularly one that mentions one of the bridezillas getting left at the altar, I spent WAAAAAY too much time tracking down that clip.

So yeah... guilty pleasure.

Been watching a lot of Gordon Ramsay shows lately, specifically Hell's Kitchen andMaster Chef. I'll even watch Kitchen Nightmares when it's on.

I'm not much of a culinary expert, but for some reason I've become addicted to watching these shows over the years.

I am TOTALLY not in the same boat right now...

But seriously....Hell's Kitchen is a riot. And Kitchen Nightmares...not as appealing to me, but I am in stitches hearing his voice. It's actually REALLY nice, and then he curses...with that cute, smooth voice...it's hilarious.

Yay, I'm not alone!

Yeah, I'm not deeply into Kitchen Nightmares, but Hell's Kitchen... ooooooh, I'm hooked. About to watch it in a few minutes.

I miss my TV. My boyfriend's sister and I have been them for hours on end at their house on Hulu. Seriously. We just HAPPENED to catch the most recent one, a bit ago, and now we're starting from the beginning.

Before this, she and I had an addiction to "The Office." like this.
