| I'm not personally doing the dance, but it's one of the few memes I'm just not getting tired of.
SNL spoofed it recently. The guy who keeps hitting the button is Seth MacFarlane: If that video doesn't work it's posted here: http://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/lids/1417085 The one that's really been getting stuck in my head is this mash-up someone did with PSY, 2NE1, and Big Bang. | Wow, that's one helluva read! Just looking at the video, I saw what most people did: a silly Korean guy dancing like a fool. Because I don't know Korean, I couldn't very well pull much more from that video. The first time a friend showed it to me, I did notice that it wasn't your typical recycled bubblegum crap that Koreon pop usually spews forth, so I knew it was more of a big deal.
I find the song somewhat catchy, I'll admit. I just don't understand why it became so viral. :shrug: |
