Writing/dialogue wise, I think Obsidian blows the Bethesda developed stuff away. The factions also had WAY more weight and merit to them. You could kind of still be buddies with everyone, but you could feel the consequences of your actions and choices in that one way more than in 3 and Skyrim, way more. I'd rather Obsidian do the next Fallout again, but either way... hot damn I can't wait. No matter how much I love New Vegas, that engine was pretty tacky. Skyrim was utterly gorgeous, organic, and alive though, so I can't fathom what a new Fallout is going to look like. |

| I'll see if I can keep going. It's got a lot of cool ideas, style, and everything, but yeah the combat is already super repetitive and boring just a few hours in. I usually don't mind that, but something about it is just kind of boring already haha. | Dragon Age 2 has now grabbed my attention. Had to restart it after my computer died... luckily I had a backup of my DA:O save file so I didn't have to replay that as well (not that I would mind)... but yeah... it is an interesting game but it isn't really Dragon Age to me.
... now I just need to beat this and sit tight for DA3. |
