| So Bethesda announced that on September 10th it will be releasing an anthology of every Elder Scrolls game and expansion from Arena through Skyrim for the PC.
For $80 No... I am not joking. It's $80 for all of it. I'm preordering it on Amazon and selling back my Xbox version at Gamestop... because honestly, why the fuck not? This has been your announcement of fricken awesome for the day. Enjoy. |

| I preordered it today.
Confirmed that Arena and Daggerfall come with an emulator that allows it to run on Windows Vista and up. I am SO looking forward to this. |

| That's one heck of a deal, especially considering that most PCs nowadays can run Morrowind with a bunch of mods fairly easily. I always love a good run in Daggerfall but it's hard to seriously get into it because of its difficulty. Then again, it's been a few years since I last gave it a go, so that might be on the agenda sometime in the near future. | |||

| Just a note, you can get Arena and Daggerfall free on Bethesda's site anyway.
Not a bad deal, and if I had the money I'd consider it, but I already have Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim on Steam. No real point in rebuying them. |

| Interesting. I'll be curious to know how well they're optimized and run.
To be honest I still think Oblivion was terrible haha, couldn't get into that one at all (granted I can imagine the PC version is way better than the 360 release). But yeah been interested in Daggerfall for awhile now, and I never did really sink much into Morrowind, but sounds like it was one of the better ones. |

| I played Oblivion on the PC and loved it... I tried playing Morrowind on the Xbox and it just did not click so I can understand the idea of Oblivion sucking on the 360. I currently have Skyrim for the 360 and while I've gotten used to the controls I still prefer how it works on the PC so I am looking forward to that. | |||

| Yeah I played Skyrim on the 360, definitely runs and plays well on that. Seems the menu was designed completely with a controller in mind haha, but I think my friend showed me there's plenty of mods to improve the menu for the PC release or something. | |||

| Welp, last night I learned that my new computer can not only run Skyrim with a ton of mods, but it runs even better with a ton of mods than my old PC did without any of them.
It looks amazing. I might have to make a video of it later to show off to anybody that's interested. |
