No cars? No news? No educational movies? No making books(How is that fun?)? And last, but not least, NO AIR CONDITIONING!? and a lot of other things. It seems like a nightmare.

My law would be to remake the 18th amendement to the constitution. Also ban smoking and anything addictive unless it was medicine. But I would still ban psycological medicine. Those, I speak from second-hand experience, are horrible.

Now for my humorous answer: Ban afros and banish the annoying people
