what's everyone's usual routine when you're online? do you do everything in a certain order, or just w/e when you feel like it? where do you go online, and what do you do there?

for me... as soon as i turn on my puter
1. i'd turn off all unnessary quicklaunch icons on the bottom right.
2. then i'd turn on winamp, followed by my MSN messenger, then AIM messenger. 3. as soon as my MSN turns on and tells me how many mail i've got, i'd click on it and check it out.
4. then i'd click on Favorites and go to http://forums.g4tv.com/categories.cfm?catid=51 i'd look at least at the last 3 or 4 pages to see if anything catches my fancy... like anime news, or any topics that i'd get interested in and maybe make a few posts.
5. then i'm off to http://www.neopets.com/gameroom.phtml?game_type=1 NEOPETS =P and i'd play a few games and earn some neopoints lol. i'll be there for about a good 20 min.
6. then i'd go to http://www.shimai-duo.com/index.php?sid=4bce240b284dda36045efa2955394906 and be at a sailor moon forum lol... i'll usually just see if there's any thread updates or whatnot for 5 or so mins.
7. my next stop would be to http://www.magic-league.com/ and i'd turn on mIRC to go to their server and try and catch a few league games, as i turn on apprentice for magic. if there's a type two turny, i'd prob enter it. on a regular day, i'll be there for about 45 or so mins.
8. after i'm bored, or cant catch any games, i'm off to http://www.xeogaming.net/board/index.php here... and see what's up.
9. towards the end of the day, i'll be at http://www.livejournal.com/ and check out more forums and such that i belong to, that'll take about 10 min. then i'm off to write in my journal... O.o;

any if there's anything else, i'll go to http://www.mp3shits.com/ to DL full albums of newly released music. or if i missed any conan o'brien eps, or have ones that i wanna see, i'll be at http://conezone.co.uk/

so what's a usual online day for everyone?

I update my software via pacman. (don't ask..)

I talk to Makura if she's on.

I check my email.

See what's going on in IRC.

Pick up what I was doing the night before.

I might check out orgish or rotten (VERY brutal images, don't google if you have a weak stomach)

I also check out alot of forums to keep up to date on software and people.

Then I check Slashdot and OSNews.

When I turn on my computer, I check my emails, usually that takes me a while since I don't have messenger anymore

I will sometimes come and check on the three boards I'm a member with, and will sometimes log on and post.

I do a few virus scans, and then I might just surf the net, usually most the time I get distracted and will go off for a wonder

-I turn on my computer. Get on AoL messenger and see if some of my bio partners will let me copy their answer the next day. Listen to peoples problems on messenger.
-Next ill go and check WTF comics (Everquest comic related thing) then maybe hop over to homestar runner.
-After that I normally update my flash reviews for people to see on messenger.
-Then ill wing the rest of it.

Download music or anime.

If I'm lucky I'll find some good pictures of Sung Hi lee, or Kelly Hu, or Brandon Boyd, at that point I drown in my drool.

while doing these things I am usually trying to write. No wonder half my stories don't make any sense.

-Check e-mail
-Check boards I'm on, starting with XGF
-Chat with friends
-Roleplay on AIM
-download anything I find interesting
-find things to keep myself from being bored.

Get on Aim.
Load up the board.
Jump straight to staff.
Then I see if anyone is on.

I tend to see whos on, usually looking for True, Shaddow, Sparda, or Xeogred. HOPING that Xeo is in a good mood when he's on, lol.

After that, I contimplate if Makura will bite my head off for talkin to her, or if Rogue's on.

Finally, I just sit on the main page and hit refresh every now and then untill something happens.

- Not exactly online, but I'm usually listening to music when I'm browsing the net and posting.
- Maybe visit another board or two, if I care.
- Check places like IGN, Gametrailers, RPGfan, RPGamer, G4, and other junk like that.
- And do other interesting things ...

-Go on boards
-Chat occasionally
-Music
-Once in a while, I'll continue my comic series. You see, procrastination usually plays a part in making it only "once in a while."

And that's basically it. Nothing to special. If I had a better computer, I'd play Red Alert 2 or whatever as well.

First I turn this baby on, then I check my E-mail, update LJ, run around the journal world for a bit, get on AIM, talk to people if I feel like it or if they feel like talking to me. I have no specific preference. Just IM me and pray that my mood fits yours lol, cuz I can be all spazzy, ramble a lot (more often then others)...so yah....dun feel like listening to someone rambling, chances are you don't wanna talk to me, teehee.

Check the boards, then put up my away message and get to my homework. Depends on how much I have if I power right through it or I take breaks and all. Then depending on when I'm done my HW whatelse I do. I live on theforce.net and other starwars sites and D/Ling music and such.

All the while I'm listening to music or something.

There are only 3 things that I do while on the internet:

(1) Study Japanese -- which takes about 70% of my time.
(2) Look up different FAQs for games -- probably about 5% of the time.
(3) Spend time posting on various message boards -- takes up the rest of the 25% of the time that I'm online.

Pretty boring huh?

I sit here, bored, and fiddle with posting and such. It's quite fun, and I enjoy it thouroughly. I am becming more active though, becaus eI kinda fell back into a slump of only posting in battles then doing something else, that is completely random for the next hour or so I am online .

unless it's on the weekends when I chat and, like Raven, visit theforce.net. Starwars.com is better though, unless you like watching pointless fan-films. Not all are pointless though.
