| Today was the last day of performance for the You're a Good Man Charlie Brown play. I did from what my mom said a wonderful job on the mics, but from what I got in the backstage. "YOU NEED TO FIX LUCY'S MIC!!!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!" and sometimes I wouldn't respond, why? Because I can't. My headset wouldn't work. So I would take the assistant manager's and go "I'm sorry, my headset is wonky, I've got it fixed thanks." Sometimes it would reply when I wanted to. The teacher.... freaking jinxed it after sound check by saying "During sound check the mics are excellent but during the show the mess up a lot..."
MR. FULLER YOU'RE EVIL YOU JINXED THE SHOW!!!! That was the joke, he took it seriously though, but I appologized. Ofcourse. I didn't mean to offend him. From what the stage crew said, he was going red.  So I appologized properly. He said he noticed that I meant it as a joke and calmed down.
How awful is that? XD |

| That kinda sucks with everyone blming you. But congrats to a job well done on the whole play thingie. I'm sure you did as well as you could with all of the malfunctioning hardware and suckiness of everyone who likes to yell at you for things that are not your fault. | |||

| hehe, ....wonky
a few of my friends are involved in setbuilding/stagecraft things and seem to love it. The audience notices a lot less than you think they do, being that most of them are friends and family. I'd never get hightened feelings about that, laughing and doing it without hurry works best for many things that are normally rushed through. |

| Teching for a play is pretty damn fun, especially when its a male beauty pagent for the seniors, hah, that was indeed a funny night for me.
Ah, well equipment goes haywire all the time at my school...maybe its not a teacher's curse, but a techy curse?? Hopefully the headset's don't get screwed up next time they are in use. |

| The rest of the play went excellently.
I ran down the house to greet my parents and my mom looks at me and smiles. "DAMN! You look sharp in a headset! I want one!" She says. XD I swear that was just pure fun!! |

Teehee. I'm glad that you had a good time True.  I'm involved in the plays myself. I've always been in them though because honestly, our stage crew and behind the scenes people don't do much.
Sorry about all of those mishaps...but I'm glad that everything turned out well and that it was still kickass. |
