Bleach 33 isn't, apparently this episode was a side story gathered from the end of a bunch of manga chapters. Although it really wasn't much better than a filler would be.

Yeah, Naruto get's that a lot. Just watch it with an open mind, maybe you'll like it, maybe you won't.

Just know it starts off a little slow, compared to how good it gets later. In my opinion at least. (when you meet all the new main characters and stuff)

Nauto's AWESOME... i'm only on 30 or so... but my friend downloaded the first 125 episodes for me... so I'm working on them... THEY ARE FREAKING GREAT... sorry... had to say that... I'd heard a lot of good things about it so I got some of the manga (the first 255 chapters) and read all those... and then got the series... so cool... *twitch*.... I'm gonna finish my eps soon... hey... what episode are they on?

Nurse! This thread needs bump to bump resuscitation!

The manga and anime have gone through significant changes since this topic was alive. Therefore a bump is justified.

The anime has been nothing but fillers for several months now. Honestly I don't watch it because I find it frivolous. However the manga is rolling strong with a continuous string of good chapters.

The latest one 291:

Reveals slightly just how strong Naruto has gotten. He can now control 3 tails of the kyuubi. He was able to sprout a 4th one but when he did he could not distinguish friend from foe.....Jiraiya stopped him but almost died in the process. They still haven't shown Sasuke.

Dang. Yeah my friends have been yelling at me to get back into Naruto (manga at least). I think I left off around chapter 250 something.

I've heard the anime is just becomming shit (to be blunt), and a lot of my friends are just really pissed off at the fillers. Howerver, it's the complete opposite from what I hear about the manga.

I should get back into it.

Yeah, but just about "right" into it. I'm not even sure if I've seen Rock Lee yet.

I hear Akatsuki (I can never spell it right) is playing a much bigger role now, and they're starting to talk a lot about the other villages.

That was kind of weird.

For 350+ chapters, Itachi and Sasuke are the last of the clan, with Kakashi being the only non-clan member to have the sharingan, and then another member appears.

I liked it a lot when I first saw the beginning episodes, but later on I got really tired of everyone saying how cool Sasuke was when he didn't do anything but mope. That kinda ruined it for me. And I really mean no offense or anything that's just my opinion. I can see how someone else could like it seeing as the battles and moves in the series are pretty cool. I just had trouble with the characters. ^^jj

But then again I haven't seen the newer episodes so I'm not all too sure anymore.
