I know that in the beginning, Lucas wrote it to write it, but I have found meaning to it in my way. I think that the story was cool and showed how a democracy can be turned on it's head by misinformation (Palpatine's lies). Also, the climax was easy to find. You would think the final battle was it, but no. The moral struggle Anakin faced when his two loyalties faced themselves. Mace Windu, who represented his loyalties to strict, truthful Democracy which can hard to accept, and Palapatine, the sweet, naive "truth" that is sprinkled nice and seems the right path.

If you have any opinions on the story, post on!

I don't have alot to say on the storyline.

I just think it went perfectly into the entire Saga. It answered questions, and the plot was so well drawn out emotionally I think it's given a new meaning to characters in the Old Trilogy (I'll never look at Vader or The Emperor the same again).

I didn't notice any political viewings in it, personally.

I thought it was quite interesting that Anakin Skywalker was basically the main character in the New Trilogy. Originally, I doupt many would have thought that, since he is after all Darth Vader, the main villian in the Old Trilogy.

I think Lucas put it together pretty well with how he laid out the New Trilogy, and combined it into the Old one.

Even though I highly believe the script could have been much better at some parts, I think the overall point Lucas was trying to get across was done perfectly.

So, yes I loved Revenge of the Sith, I've seen it 4 times, and I'd still love to see it in theaters.

well.... people always down the lines the actors have...

but if you listen to a lot of the lines from the old trilogy they are just as bad.... so really, Lucas has kept them right on par with what we had before....
