| A thread to list all the windows "hot keys" for quick stuff
i dont really know much, but ppl can add some later, but for now, i wanna ask something =/ i learned this from techtv a couple of years back, but for some reason, i guess from me messing with my internet options looking for adwares and such, this doesnt work anymore, can someone help me? okay, you know how you go into the address bar and you're too lazy to put in the "www" and ".com" ? so you would put in like 'yahoo' hold onto ctrl + enter, and it'll fill out the rest for you. well, it doesnt do it for me anymore today  and im sooooo lazy to put in the www and com 
anyways, here's my stupid list that any monkey should already know =/ ctrl + S to save your work ctrl + p to print hold onto shift to do capitals hold onto the windows icon, usually found between the ctrl and alt button, + D to minimize everything, incase someone walks in on you 
on the adress bar, put in only the name of the website w/o www,html,.com and all that, hold onto ctrl + enter, and it fills it all in for you (can someone tell me why it's not working for me anymore, and what i should do to fix it? =/) |

Don't forget the secret code, Alt-F4.

| I've been in the dark about these for a very long time, but now i'm slowly learning a few. In Paint, pressing ctrl-i inverts the colors, and when you hold it down on some pictures, you can create a rave looking scene, and even simple animations. I found a hot key once which opened up my documents, and if you hold it for a good 3 seconds it will bring up like 15 windows and possibly freeze it. Not helpful, but kind of fun. |
