What's Live Action and why is this in the anime section...   0.0%, 0 vote
I don't care... It's just a way for companies to make money off of popular animes...

Well... What are your thoughts... personally I don't mind... I can't wait for the Eva movie to come out... but i'm convinced that they're going to kill it... I just want to see the Eva's in massive 3-D... Plus being in a theater... That would be a good GOOD thing...

There were (or possibly still "are") rumors of a Dragonball Z live action film ...

Good lord.

I've heard some Live Action films are pretty bad though, like the sequel to Iria. And I just can't imagine Eva being good as a Live Action movie ...

I don't know, I'd rather they just stick to animation.

I could see Triguin as a live-action flick; in fact, I wouldn't be surprised, given the plot and the characters.

I read in a magazine that The evangelion Live-Action movie isnt coming out in like 10 years, first, their still in the midsts of making the program (like a company name) (I.E Final Fantasy Project) and also its hard to find a cast and crew who may play shinji or Aska (cant spell X.X) But yeah, I cant wait, I already seen the entire series plus the directors cut and all, so yeah, sounds exciting...

Id love to see a Samuari Shamploo Live action movie!

Sacrilidge (i think its spelled right) for two reasons.
One its Samurai Champloo and two the cooless of the show, or a good portion of it, is the flowing and jolting animation.
If you remove that you either have to digitally deform real people, which would be weird, or make it computer animated (which isn't live action). Thats the downside to LA anime films, you can only choose ones that are not so stylized that it would ruin the experience. Like DBZ, which would also be a terrible LA movie.
This is kinda like the LA Devilman movie, which was the most beautiful (I do mean beautiful) waste of CG I've seen since Star Wars Episode III.

I don't like it...I mean...anime is anime. It supposed to be all non-human-ish...so why ruin it by making it live action. Dude, its one thing to dress up as your favorite character or something...but this just takes it to far.

Okay, and just because you can't spell a name that's Japanese and you're not from Japan does NOT make you a noob Jexim. Secondly...quit ripping on him...the next time one of you makes a horrible spelling mistake I'm going to rip on you.

And actually, I think it would be awesome as an LA. Why? Well, because to see those fight scenes done in LA would be kickass. I disagree about the "flowing and jolting" thing...not true. The animation IS awesome, but trust me...they've done movies that are kickass samurai without just animation. We are the future after all.

Oh, and that's coming from someone who doesn't like LA...Ezekiel...
