Have you ever spent days and days and days making up flavors of ice cream that no ones ever eaten before? Like chicken and telephone ice cream?...Green mouse ice cream was the worst.

I was contemplating on posting this or not, but I decided to go ahead and see what the people of the board have to say.

Some of my friends already know about it and tell me not to worry about it, but this is the situation.

Until last semester, I was attending Long Beach City College, along with many of my friends. Due to my job, I didn't always get to hang out with my group of friends often and because of that, I felt left out a lot. I hang out with my friends little enough outside of school since more are busy with either work or a significant other.

Well now next week I start my first semester at CalState Long Beach, while most still need to finish up a few classes back at LBCC.

Well my worry is I'm going to be forgotten by my friends since I'm going to a completly different college now and the rest of my time I'll be at work.

Guardian Oni has been helping me, as have Rogue and Zabusa since they found out about them, but I still can't help but worry about.

Welcome to my world. For the past year, I haven't really hung out in the basement (or with the group, in general) and I also feel like I'm not really a part of many of the things that go on, but hey, it's part of life, I guess.

I figure out of all of us, you're pretty damn lucky. You're finally getting to escape.

I'll be out soon. At least after this semester I'll be done, anyway.

Like I've said, if you encounter any problems over at State, you can always count on me to take out a kneecap or two.

Hey I always live by this saying.

"You're not forgotten, just misplaced."

It's been something that I have been saying to myself about the times people don't talk to me. I don't take offense to it sometimes, but it's just that if you are forgotten, people would probably want to get to know you again. Rekindle friendships that they had with ya.

Whiterose you will be missed. If not by mass numbers, but at least by a few massively.

Whiterose and I have been talking about thins for a while. And sadly enough I agree with her on a few points.

And also like her and Rouge, I too feel like I'm left out of the loop a lot. Or just forgotten about. But that's for different reasons.

Oh well. Visit us lowly creatures at LBCC. We need word that there is something beyond city.

You're a girl!

And, you only live a few blocks away from Elara, and a few more from me. And, Oni is on the other side of the planet (practically), so you'll be able to see him on your way to/from school.

I left close to a year ago, and Den Mommie still thinks I'm there somewhere. LBCC is great, but getting that degree is better.

Love you and my Katamari!

I've got the same thing going in right now also.

Now everyone is getting jobs. Sometimes my friends are working and I'm not, and sometimes I'll be working but they're not. It's hard to get together now, and sometimes we can't even get a hold of each other.

On top of this, with High School half way done with (Senior Year), I'm wondering what's going to happen with College, and where everyone is going, and so on. I'm not afraid to make new friends, I'd infact love to, it's just that the few friends I've made during the 3 years at High School, and the select few I've known since Junior High, I don't know how I'd get around without them.

It doesn't help that my area of education and focus for my career is in Game Design. The schools that provide this kind stuff specifically, are states away, and all over the country, and I already know a few friends who want to go out of state to some of these schools.

I don't know, was the end of High School for you guys like this? It almost seems stressful even. I've lost so many good friends in the past because of moves / moving, I just don't want it to happen again.

Well you know I won't forget about you... although with my job being the bastards that they are, I'm worried about being forgotten by everyone as well since I have like no social time at all (my "days off" are so I can go to school). And remember, I'll be joining you next semester.

Heh heh, you'll never get rid of me. Muhwah ha ha ha!

No worries cousin. That's the good thing about friends like us. We might not see
you often, and we don't see each other often either. But there's no getting rid of
us. We're like a plague on the rest of your life. *evil laughter and thunder crashing*

*hugs* Seriously. Love you cous and try to relax about it. You'll never be able
to lose us.

And, hun... You won't ever be forgotten. Friends do come and go, but you will always be in their hearts and minds.

Plus, no matter how far, there is always a way to see someone you're missing. I have friends 80 miles away, a couple hundred miles away, and quite a few hundred miles away, and one in Nicaragua, and I see them all AT LEAST once a year. Finances are very tight, but you know friends are important. Work schedules can always be modified. If you need a break bad enough or are really missing your friends/someone bad enough, get a day off from work that you know they have off and just hang out. Jobs are usually pretty understanding about time off, and if you're going to college, you probably have acouple days off from that a week, right?

I hate the feeling of being forgotten... I know what it's like. But you've got a good group of friends that won't let you totally disappear. They'll drag your ass somewhere and force you to hang out with them.

Your friends will never forget you the only thing that could happen is that

you'll grow apart and have different interests but there IS always email

and the phone or the often forgotten letter...
