| For lack of sales (and extremely high priced novelties), Sony announced this month that it will discontinue production of its awesomely animated Aibo dogs and cute little Qrio humanoid robots.
Qrio dancing Qrio Fan Dance At the end of the Fan Dance, they perform a little tai-chi driven dance. The Qrios have been used in a Beck music video, recently. Aibo, the popular little dog simulator (at least in Japan rich people circles) spawned a few other versions of itself: Aibo II Panda Aibo Aibo I Aibo III With a price range of $3000 to $8000, I still want one. | Oh, I have the cute and fluffy one that seems to be happy eating all day. I made a short video of him. But, I'd like the occasional electronic one that retrieves my e-mail and reads it to me. |
