Ever since I got my new computer, I can't seem to get AIM FTP transfers, or use any P2P programs, including Bittorrents, and it's beginning to get to me. Any suggestions?
I have a Cable Modem and a SonicWall hardware, but that never interfered before until I got this new computer. What to do?

Is your new computer Windows XP? And are you sure your SonicWall options haven't been changed?

Windows XP Service Pack 2 (Professional, yes).
I am using a router, though I've had no conflicts with my P2P stuff before I got the new computer, so 10 to 1 says it's the computer's problem.

Sajin that won't help his situation, I really can't think of a reason why Windows XP would be preventing this type of download but I can think of every reason in the world SonicWall or the Router would be problem.

See the thing is, I had an old WinXP computer, and I had Limewire, Bearshare, Kazza, etc, and Bittorrent and the AIM FTP all working fine. I ditch that and get a new computer with all new stuff in it, and all of a sudden, none of the P2P stuff works.

Well when you get the chance, hook your machine directly up to your modem and try using a p2p application.
