| I usually sleep on my side. The position I wake up in tends to vary, as I toss and turn a lot. Recently, I've found my head sleeping on my arm, and my arm tends to become rather numb. | |||

How can you tell how you're sleeping when you fall asleep? 
I guess unless you always go into a certain position. Well I have insomnia, pretty often it seems. Takes about an hour at least for me to fall asleep everynight (took 3 last night, before a final. Not fun). And its totally random for me. Hardly ever on my stomach though, I'd guess. |
