| I'm a very impatient person. Ask anyone that knows me. But when I have to be patient, when there's somethin important that won't actually come quickly and I can really focus on it then I can be very very patient.
I personally think Patience really depends on the situation. In some cases being patient is a bad thing, like your boat is sinking so you patiently sit on the deck and wait to be rescued. In that case patience will kill you. So yeah, it's a situational thing. |

| Rhyven looks up from the last touches of welding on the wing gun and turns off the welder as Jexim wanders out of the room. Sitting down on the wing with his legs dangling down he reaches into one of the cargo pockets of his pants and pulls out a pouch of tobacco.
He quickly and expertly rolls a cigarette and puts it in his mouth to light it before he remembers Jexim's no smoking in the carrier rule. Sighing, he tucks the cigarette behind his ear and waits for Jexim to come back, periodically fingering the hilt of the gun at his waist. |

| The hallway stretches on for a while and eventually branches out into a room, some 100ft by 100ft square. The floor changed from polished hard wood to smooth dark green marble shot through with streaks of black. The walls were of the palest blue marble.
And standin in the middle, staring directly at Salrissa was a massively built werewolf. Nearly 8 feet tall, four feet wide across the shoulders and his eyes were locked directly onto her. |

| Kasai remained sitting at the table in the dining hall as everyone else left, mullin over the possibilities of what he could do with his day considering he'd thought they were going to be leaving straight away that day instead of waiting another day.
He felt something brush his hand and looked down to see Elara's jaguar sitting by his chair rubbing her head against his palm. He smiled and scratched her head and down her back. "So you're going to keep me company?" he asked in his strange fluting voice. This morning his voice sounded like a collection or delicate harps and flutes. He looked around at the empty room, sighed and continued to scratch the large cat with one hand as he began to sing, lacking anything else to do. Once again, as back at the banquet the song was in the dead language of his home village. This song wasn't as sad as the previous one. It was more... wistful. As if he was singing about something dear he'd lost long ago. |

Reaching into one of his pants cargo pockets he withdrew a small case and set it on the wing. Turning he sat cross legged, layed a small towel on the wing of his reynos and proceeded to strip and clean the gun. | I work for a company called PCI. Performance Contracting Inc. For those that don't know that means that I'm a construction worker. Right now were building a Kaiser Permanente out in Panorama City. That's basically on the other side of Los Angeles from me so it's a bit of a drive every day to get to work.
I have to wake up at 3:30 every morning to be ready in time for the carpool with some of the other workers and I'm not much of a moring person but really I think that's the biggest downpoint to the job. Most of the time since I started this job I'm just pushing a broom around, which I actually don't mind too much because the way I look at it there are going to be shit jobs that I'm going to have to do because I'm the new guy but they have to get done so I might as well just do them, especially since they're paying me very well The good news is that I just got my tools yesterday so now when I'm on the job I won't end up just pushing around a broom cause the journeymen on the job will know that I won't be using their tools if they give me something else to do. I'm currently a first stage apprentice helping to build a hospital and within a couple months I think I'll be moving to another job site working on another Kaiser. The job is very interesting, I don't have any time to get bored. Friday at work I got a pretty good gash and a bruise across my leg because I wasn't paying attention. This job keeps one on their toes at all times if they wan't to avoid injury. It's steady work. 8 hours a day 5 days a week. overtime on saturday. I'm earning $12.11 per hour as a first stage starting pay, I get a pay increase every five months and if I go to school whenever I can through work I can advance in apprentice stages and withing maybe 5 years I'll be making $37.00 per hour. So yeah. I like my job. |
