ok I'll answer the question. First the sunglasses gave him the ability to make anythin he wanted. Any wish, any desire, anything he could imagine would become reality with just a few words. They also actually re-wrote the laws of the universe itself at one point actually making 2+2=3.

Second the side affects were that they were like a drug to him. Using the glasses made him feel good, and if he took them off he'd literally start to go through withdrawal symptoms like a coke addict or alcoholic.

And the reason that he couldn't change any of the things he did was because HE did them. Someone ELSE could fix it but not him.

Was the registration number JH-834? Or was it XH-834? It could be MS-422. There is a bunce of numbers...

And the Friday was the 13th.

Helvas registration number was XH-834 then it was JH-834 and it changed a couple other times depending on who her human counterpart was. Very good Oni. The Friday answer is wrong though so you only get the Ship who sang points.

Hastur, and Ligur.

Two shadowy figures, one hunched and squat, the other lean and menacing, bolth Olympic-grade lurkers. If Bruce Springsteen had ever recorded "Born to Lurk," these two would be on the cover. They had been lurking in the fog for an hour now, but they had been pacing themselves and could lurk for the rest of the night if necessary, with enough sullen menace left for a final burst of lurking around dawn.

That meant that she was born in a test tube in a lab kinda thing. She was created using genetic science and only the best possible genes for strength, intelligence, that kinda stuff.
